Came here yesterday after an uncomfortable experience at the blue springs location - I have been to the Independence location multiple times - they always greet me when I first walk in and inform me to let them know if I need any help - this location is so much more of a relaxing shopping experience than the other - I just wish this location had a bigger selection - still 5 stars

It was great. Went to get mew Bear Paws and I saw neat pair of socks couldn't make up my mind so I bought both pairs. Turns out sock were BOGO half off. So I saved some money too

Best store we have been in. Was in the Liberty Mo. Store they were rude and had no time to help us. Basically told us didn't have the shoe we were looking for and goodbye.
Here the lady was professional and very helpful. Will definitely be back to the Independence MO store

Best place to buy the best shoes at the best price. I bought a pair of shoes for $35 that was marked at $55 on their website. They even offered me a BOGO 1/2 price on socks!! Love this place!!!!!!

I odered on line and picked up at the store in Independence. I kid you not i was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful.
