Thrift World

Nice shopping experience here. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient. The aisles are fairly wide. Prices are low, and selection seems reasonably broad. I thought the selection of used CDs and records was excellent: good value for the money.

On the other hand (and I am sure this is out of the management’s control), the clientele seem to want to bare it all. That was the major downside of shopping there.

This is our new favorite thrift store for clothing. You'll find more for women than men, but everything we've gotten has been good/excellent quality and a great deal. Some of the furniture has caught my eye, but I'm mostly not crazy about their other resale items. Plus when you're done, The Little Pigs food truck is always in the parking lot!

I love, LOVE this store! ❤ I'm a veteran thrift store shopper that loves the bargains and a pretty much shops them all. Why buy new when you can get such tremendous items as well as donate clothing and whatnot to a good cause? This store, in recent months, in my opinion, has developed quite the personality. I get helped at the counter by a very friendly Jared (?) often, and everyone is so nice. The other day, when announcing the daily specials, the person that went overhead started out with "Good afternoon, lovely people....!". I've also witnessed a great deal of staff camaraderie where they're giving each other a good-natured hard time. Store is impeccable with a tremendous selection. Super pleasant, fun destination store!

I work at 29th and Saint Mary's Ave I was out of town for a wedding and stopped at this location and Heather was very friendly and nice and allowed me to see this location and showed me the store she is a great employee very happy and friendly hope she visits us when she comes to Omaha

The prices here are pretty average for current thrift store prices. But the staff is outstanding, so I find myself shopping here frequently again after a long hiatus from the store. It's amazing what a great cashier can do for a place! The sales are good, so it's always possible to find a treasure at a bargain. I'll definitely be back again soon.

Everything was great! The clothes were quite clean from what I could see along with the shelves and clothing racks. The customer service was quick, very nice and respectful, and done well. The clothing options there varied from all shapes, sizes, colors and more. Overall, a very good place to go when you’re looking for a quick thrift.😊

I always love roaming around Thrift World. So many treasures, so little money lol. I'm editing this to say that thrift world sucks in that I had a return and I had the receipt and the tags but since the tags weren't on the clothes themselves they wouldn't give me a refund. I will never step foot in this thrift store again. And it's sad because I spent a lot of money there.

Well lit. Shelves and store in general very clean and neat. I love the many sale colors. I hope Kennedy is on duty every time I shop. 😊 She was calm, cheerful and so pleasant to every customer.

This is the best thrift store in Independence! They have amazing deals, amazing clothes clothes and they get new things in weekly! I go in atleast 3 times a month and every single time I go I walk out with something awesome. The staff seems pretty nice too, I've never had any issues except the previous manager who accused me of switching tags but since then that lady is gone and no longer works there.

Hands down my favorite thrift store. It's organized and relatively tidy, they have a great selection as well as rotation, and while there are things prices higher than I'd like sometimes, overall the pricers seem to still realize they are USED items (unlike savers who often charges almost as much as new). Very rarely do I go in looking for something for my triplets and leave empty-handed.

This is MY thrift store. If you shop by the colored tags, you will always getting screaming good deals. I collect vintage t shirts, board games and toys. I always find 5 or 10 t shirts per week as well as a good bit of board games and toys. The prices on electronics are also right on the money, and their shoes are priced perfectly. Do not listen to the negative reviews

Staff was so nice, the place was clean and I got some really nice clothes and a few pairs of shoes, my daughter really liked the store, she loved the stuffed animals and toys. The store had a very good selection, one again everything was nice and clean. I will be visiting their again

Blown away by how neat and organized everything was. Amazing how low their prices are. I have never been in a Thrift store as nice an clean also not to mention prices super cheap on really really nice things, smoking prices on furniture. I can't wait to go back...

Only my second time there as we just moved here from California. But I just love this place! It has everything & many sizes of everything from shoes to clothes.Did I have fun in there today? Yes I did!

Love this place. Has everything you could want. Good prices and the staff is especially courteous. Definitely would recommend it to everyone who loves a good thrift store.

I make the drive all the way from Higginsville every week to shop here. I love this store! Always find great clothes and furniture. The manager is really great, as well as the staff.
