El Mercado Fresco

Fair prices on produce, meats and bakery items. Nice and fresh with good quality. The meat department people are really helpful. Regular grocery items seem a little expensive. I won't buy avocados anywhere else now.

After the Save-A-Lot closed here because of crime I didn't see much hope in getting another grocery store, but we did!! And this place is great! I like it for the meat departrment. I got 2 of the biggest and the most tender ribeyes for 6.99lb. Crazy good. And the pork chops here are excellent too. Very clean, bright, just a nice little store. Somethings are a tad pricey, but the important things like produce meat and dairy are very competitive.

A really nice Mexican store with everything you would need from vegetables, butchered meat, household goods, and baked goods. Friendly and helpful staff, clean air, and affordable groceries.

Mercado Fresco is a great store. The produce is fresh and delicious. Don't pass on their chorizo and carne el pastor. The bonus is their Bakery Department. C'mon 3 King's Day cake was a perfect compliment to my coffee.

Great produce selection and decent prices on most things. I was pleasantly surprised to find they sometimes source soursop, cherimoya, and other exotic fruit! I had searched in the past online in KC for these and came up with nothing.

Nice store with all the basics you need. Variety of produce and meats at good prices. Get some tamales on way out.
