Always pleasant and helpful ! Store is clean and products work as they should. Service and knowledge with items are amazing . Many places state "small town service" or "service with a smile", these guys and gals show it and prove it! So proud to have them in our little community!

We went in to find a good mattress. The customer service was great. We were shown around and given info about each mattress we showed interest in. Very nice man. Not pushy and very helpful. They delivered and brought the mattress straight back to the bedroom.

I have made a couple purchases from Box Drop over the last year and been very happy. First purchase was a new queen mattress and the second was a new reclining living room set (sofa, loveseat and recliner) - we have been very happy with the quality, price, and customer service. Highly recommend.

Derek and Tracey are good people they definitely have the best prices around town!! I got my daughter a bed from them and we got furniture! Also, they got us a new leg for our couch because it was the 1st time they have done furniture delivery. They are super nice and answer any and all questions you may have!! Will recommend them to anyone

Derek definitely has the best prices in town on mattresses. And easy 90 day payment options!! He helped us get into an amazing King size memory foam mattress with cooling technology and adjustable base. We will certainly be back for that power reclining set!!! :-)

I discovered this little place after some frustrations with a larger furniture chain. I found exactly the sofa I wanted at a decent price, and was surprised to learn that they were willing to deliver to Columbia for a very reasonable fee. Glad I now know about this place and it will definitely be somewhere I check for any future furniture purchases.

We bought our mattress from there. Very nice people and wonderful to work. They made sure we got exactly what we needed and wanted and the prices are amazing. Will definitely be going back in the future!
