I have to say I love the employees at this specific store. they all stood past closing time on a FRIDAY NIGHT to help me out with one single item for my daughter. Destiny was such a great help and so was Giselle and the store manager. Great customer service!! thank you guys and see you all soon! can't wait to see the new store look!

I went into the store with a bad attitude and left 100% better about everything. Customer service was the best in the Kansas city area. Had a bad experience at another shop and Zumiez employees are The best!! Your loyal customer!
