Big Lots

I hadn't set foot in a Big Lot's store in years, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. I had last minute Christmas shopping to do and I was able to get everything I needed at discount pricing. I even scored a jolly Christmas dress for myself. The staff was friendly. The store was clean. I will go back.

There is a joke in my house that it’s my favorite place to shop, but it actually is. Close and quick location. I also bet you can’t walk in without one of the employees cheerfully saying welcome to big lots. Great prices for seasonal items and some everyday shopping items.

I recently visited Big Lots on Crestwood, and I have to say, the staff there is so nice that they make Mother Teresa look like a rookie stand-up comedian! Seriously, these folks are like customer service comedians, and they've got customer care down to an art form. I half-expected them to break into a rendition of 'Don't Stop Believin' by Journey as they helped me find the perfect bean bag chair. Big Lots, you've got the friendliest crew in the retail game – it's like shopping in a sitcom, but with more bargains and fewer laugh tracks! 🛋😄

Great price on Keurig coffee pods. 96 for under $30.00 Thasts half off or more than the prices at the grocery store. Came with four fall flavors. Pumpkin spice :) PS. The Christmas stuff is already on display in early September!

Very friendly and helpful staff, made purchases due to the 60% off sale that was going on, will be visiting location again.

Everyone here is always so friendly.
I love to come here for snacks with my partner. Quite a few snacks here that you won't find at an average grocery store.

Hands down, my favorite big lots! I’m not sure why but the employees & their fantastic and accommodating attitudes, the items I’m looking for always being there in the aisle where they are suppose to be in & just the overall atmosphere makes this big lots #1 for me’!!!

She made sure my purchases ( even those from Walgreens!) were double bagged as I was walking. Arlevia should be commended for her extra effort pleasing your customers!!!!!

It's a Big Lots. Not as nice as the newer ones out in West County, but that's pretty normal for the difference between refurbishing an existing building (which is better than building new buildings). I regularly go there to save on all sorts of goods. I'm always surprised when I've spent $75 or $100, but then I don't have to buy chips or jam or toothpaste for a long time. I like it that they get Tom's Toothpaste and other higher end products, and when they do I stock up. I've always liked Big Lots and this is a regular one, so it's good. I've never had a problem returning anything. I like it that they can keep a record of your purchase and email a receipt.
