I love this place! I came down this weekend for a mini vacation with my boyfriend and stepson, and we forgot my BF's coat back home in WA! I suggested we stopped there because they had a guys section. We found a coat on the clearance rack, and as we were checking out I noticed an employee with purple hair, and I asked her if she was using a specific brand of hair dye. Her name is Valeena. She was absolutely amazing!!! Super cool person! The next day we came back because the coat he bought just wasn't his style, and wanted to return it but lost the receipt. She helped me exchange it for a cologne that my boyfriend wanted, and a couple tiny things for me. She provided superior customer service, and was an absolute joy to talk to! She was so friendly! I will definitely be making another trip in there the next time I come down to Seaside for vacation! Rue21, you guys definitely hired an awesome employee!

This has become a family shopping trip tradition whenever we visit Seaside. We always visit the strip mall, but more specifically Rue 21. The clothes are cute and it's so fun revamping our wardrobe each year. It's also organized and products are displayed nicely. Staff is friendly and helpful while also not being too pushy. Would definitely recommend stopping by!

Love this place but wish it could of been around 20 years ago. They should have rue21 for 40+, they have one for him , one for her. Any way my 20 yrar old daughter had to take me there. Love that store for cheap boots sandals and shoes.

The store manager was one of the nicest people on the planet super cool the store was beautiful and I'm definitely going to go back hopefully I don't get in trouble with my wife I can stay in there and waste hundreds on the beauty and the friendliness fantastic

So I went in this morning right as it opened and imediately felt the welcoming of frank, he was very helpful and was and is an amazing people person, very kind and made sure we knew/ got the best deals in the store, would highly recommend the store, not the slightest complaint😌

Brought my niece over. Most everything was buy one get one free and tons of other deals. Was my first time in. They dont have a ton of stuff I liked, but great for teens or young adulta

Nice store in the outlet mall. One of my daughter's favorite stores. Lots of variety especially for young women. They have a nice return policy if something does not fit right.

The clearance rack is insane!!! Great prices had so much fun with my gaybf shopping for leggings

This is my personal favorite store. The clothes are always up to date with the current fashion trends, fairly cheap, and employees are helpful.

Saw a few things but ready to leave a rack outside for $5 caught my attention. Bought one wearing tomorrow. Thanks for the deal
