Old Navy

So I am writing this review about this store location.
My daughter and myself as we entered into the store this evening. The 1st thing I noticed was we were greeted as we entered the store. That was a 1st. 2nd the store was very clean and organized.

I noticed the general manager hard at work setting out clothes and getting returns put back on the floor. I don't see that to often any where.

Laura was working the register she was very warm and helpful.

I let her know that we were impressed with the store. She said thank you and said I could also let the general manager know. So I did.

It was a great shopping experience. I recommend this location.

Plenty of free parking and paid parking.

The story is pretty big and is generally nicely put together with the obvious exceptions of huge sale days. Even on Saturdays the stores in nice shape and we get a decent amount of our kids clothes here. Plus there's an H & M right across the road so we'll hit up both at the same time and end up with some Staples for the kids and occasionally ourselves.

Not much staff available on the floor when needed but this store was clean and well organized. Was easy to locate stuff

We didn't use curbside pick up. We just shopped inside. There were so many options. My son needed a lot. Great prices. Well be back to use our cash bucks.

Love this Old Navy outlet!! They have a lot of options!! It has a HUGE womens selection! For toddler boys the selection isn't huge, but isnt bad. The customer service isnt bad. They do well.. not over the top or personable but they are there if needed and are nice. I was able to buy 5 pairs of pants and 2 shirts from the clearance section and was only 30$$$

I ordered online and went in to pickup my order. Customer service was prompt and courteous

Everyone was so friendly even though they weren't busy. Love this particular store. Had an awesome sale and they got my money.😂♥

Great, spent far too much although savings of about $54 nice clean changing rooms too

There was a good variety of colors and sizes. We were shopping for something specific and found many options.

If you walk in look for Jocelin , she might be at the registers, she is so helpful , very knowledgeable and knows how to solve a problem on the spot that wont make you upset with the results . Id return just for her . If you are reading this thank you so much Jocelin

Great sale they were having. I've been an Old Navy fan for ever. Durable gear. Staff was great

Clean store,courteous clerks,covid 19 safety guidelines in place,dressing rooms well kept.Awesome selection,all items I purchased were true to size .

I chose to shop inside, although i did see a curbside pick-up, this is just one of many shops not to mention the variety of places to dine.

Employee named Laura was super welcoming and helpful... Past by three other employees and nada! Maybe its too early for them...

This was an incredible experience. The old navy staff was very friendly and brought the order curbside quickly.

Nice location. Lots of stock. But the skinny jean craze needs to stop. Fat dudes unite!
