I freaking love this place. All the people who work here are absolutely amazing people. I sometimes go in not in the best mood and they are so caring to just let me vent. Any questions I have on some new products I can always expect and honest answer or a recommendation. The owner was even nice enough to help me out on Halloween with a costume for my son and he don't know how much we both appreciated that. I have never had such kindness extended to me like that before. If anyone is looking for good products and great people and atmosphere then this is definitely the place to go

Greener things is our favorite place and we are so grateful for the opportunity to be part of this progressive era! Their store is amazing and the people that work there are even more amazing. The atmosphere is comfortable and the employees are more than accommodating. Any questions we have when we come in are answered honestly and we always learn something new when we stroll in. And last time the store was out of something that I was super excited about getting one of the staff took my number to let me know when what I was looking for would be back in stock and she promptly let me know so I could come back to get what I wanted so badly. This store is a blessing and I can’t say enough about how great they’ve been!

Edit: Every member of the Greener Things team goes out of their way to improve customer satisfaction/ experience. They are friendly and remember their loyal customers. Even going out of their way to find/make deals for people. This shop is gold standard for both prices and customer service.

Greener things is the absolute best shop you could go to hands down! Product variety is very large and good quality products this store has. The people who run it are family and they’ve become my family/friends and they’re the best kind of people you’d want around for your needs! The owner Anthony is a good friend to me and I trust him and his store, They always work deals with me even if the price is firm and members of the club get acknowledgment and shown that their business is important. I will forever recommend Greener things! The prices are very reasonable, and theres always plenty of variety of product. If by chance they don’t have what you want, they offer to text you when they get it in store, how awesome is that! Customer service is always amazing, everyone is so friendly & polite.

Great glass shop! Everytime I go there there's always someone to help with what I want, the staff has a good knowledge of products as well. If I where to recommend a glass shop greener things would be 1st on my list to recommend.

These guys ALWAYS hook me up when I go. Their bud is friggin amazing and they’re always friendly. We go there probably once a week and get products anywhere from $20-50 and even if something doesn’t work, you can take it back and they’ll replace it free of charge 💪🏾

Best shop around hands down. Not even a close one. Very chill down to earth staff, great selections, and animal friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their clothing section also has some of the coolest designs, and sickest color combinations for all your outfit needs. DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS STORE! You WILL regret not visiting.

I am SOOO thankful that Greener Things opened up shop in Phelps NY!! There has definitely been a huge demand for a local smoke shop for so many different reasons. It's location is huge, gives everyone the convenience of not having to drive far, especially with gas prices soaring. It's such a pleasure every trip I take there. I've meant so many great, unique individuals in the short time they have been open, I normally would have never met. I spend a lot of my time at the shop just listening to other locals and neighbors compare funny stories and share advice on things like plant cultivation, and local and state marijuana laws, which are always changing and being revised, with weed having just become legal in NY. Anthony, the owner of Greener Things is so great! I love his strong sense of local community support, always displaying all kinds of products from local artists and beginner entrepreneurs, such as himself. Not to mention, top shelf product, cheapest prices. Period. If I go there and only there for my personal products, just know...top shelf. 😉 I can't wait to continue to watch and play my own part, in Greener Things growing, flourishing as a local business. There isn't enough stars in the universe to rate them. I highly, highly encourage ANYONE who hasn't been and gets the chance to stop and look around, ask about the product and see the always expanding, always changing menu...it's almost a guarantee u find something u love!

Best smoke shop around by a long shot never had a issue if they don’t have a product they will normally match or make a deal with you. Best customer service hands down.
