I usually stay out of the big box home improvement places. Home Depot in Redmond seems to be a cut above. They have been a great source of knowledge and assistance in developing our property. The local lumber yards have repeatedly been out of stock of many items, and when they do have them, seem to lack the knowledge I need to help most my projects. This HD store is full of former contractors that know a ton. Thank you for all the help!

Debbie in the paint department has been a huge help to me during our home remodel project. She helped me match colors and gave me wonderful advice and I'm very happy with the colors she guided us towards.

Austin who was stocking tiles yesterday that laughed along with me as he searched the store for a product that was only sold in a kit. I ended up ordering several online.

Justin who always asks about my updates and wants to see photos of progress. Helped me to many an aisle for obscure items. And always a smiling face.

And Brent who I always look forward to seeing and has helped countless times. Especially the last several months. And i genuinely seek him out, much to his dismay lol

The only reason i am giving a 5 star review is because Elaine in home and garden in the Redmond Oregon store was such a big help. SHE NEEDS A RAISE. i bought a product at this store location and We all know how the Home depot system can be sometimes. it’s like pulling teeth. 🤨🤨 but When you get the right person on the situation it’s like a standard cleaning quick and sweet. THANK YOU SO MUCH ELAINE FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND MAKING MY LIFE EXTREMELY EASIER.You are the BEST!!!!!!!!

Thank you for giving Veterans a 10% discount. Once I was in the system I just give them my phone number to get the discount. It use to be I could just show my military card to get it.
Don't like self checkout though so have to wait a little longer in line for a person to do checkout.

Amazing customer service experience. Dennis took the initiative to help me navigate the store and get what I need. Would totally go back and would love to see this kind of experience spread far and wide.

Better selection, service and prices than Lowe's most of the time.

My husband and I had a pickup order and some items we had to purchase in the store. We couldn't find the wax seal we needed and Afton (I may have spelled her name wrong) in the paint department was super helpful, we got what we needed quickly and she was super nice. The pickup order was also ready very fast and everything we ordered was in there. Great service!

We got paint today and the lady working was AMAZING. I feel bad I don’t remember her name so I can thank her directly- but she was beyond helpful! Painting our kitchen cabinets doesn’t seem as daunting now. Very knowledgeable! Best customer service we have received in years.

Best customer service EVER. Employees exude happiness and it sure makes for a great customer experience. Knowledgable, ever-willing to help, kind people with an attitude of: "Lets see how we can help you". Never a huff or eye-roll that is so common from other stores. They help you fix your own mistakes, without judgement, and I leave the store every time breathing a deep sigh of relief and gratitude. Thank-you so much for providing a safe place to go for help!

My wife and I stopped in today to get some DIY home repair/upkeep items. There were lots of employees, the garden section was alive and full of various growing things, and the interior was clean. Our 7 or so items that we purchased were easy to find due to the signage, and our items were clearly priced and accurate at the self checkout, which was very easy to operate.

It's home Depot so I think you know what to expect but every time we've been here the staff have been amazing

We went to Home Depot to find a Christmas tree for our daughter and son-in-law who just had a baby. Levi and Bonnie helped us find a tree at a great price. They were both friendly, helpful, and since we’re new to Redmond, made us feel like part of the community. We will be shopping at this Home Depot from now on. Thank you Levi and Bonnie!

We recently purchased a toilet from the Redmond Home depot and we had an excellent experience. We had bought one at the other home depot like outfit and had a nightmare regarding installation. We got a refund and would up at HD where "Patrice" took us through the process of selection, purchase and installation. She was patient and knowledgeable. I know there are good employees and not so good ones but Patrice is an example of what good service should be.

We were very impressed with Home Depot and their customer service today. Our experience was amazing from the minute we called the customer service desk to the minute we drove out of the parking lot. Once our garden block purchase was made, Ann and Annette in the garden center went out of their way to locate, package and load our order into the back of our truck. We couldn't be happier.

I had one return to make and a new purchase. The line for returns was short and the email receipt worked great. I am familiar with this store, but can find help quickly and have had help loading my car or truck on occasion. This time quick trip through self checkout and done. Staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful.

We experienced excellent customer service here. We purchased paint from the paint department. Debbie in the paint department helped us to match the color we needed. She went the extra mile to help us with color matching and was very kind. Thank you. Great service.

We had a major issue with an out of town Home Depot with non-delivery of our appliances. Loriann from the Redmond Home Depot was amazing and went above and beyond helping to solve the issues caused by another store. We will continue to shop at Home Depot and make sure we come to the Redmond Home Depot location!! Again, amazing customer service!!!!
