I cannot say enough great things about this store. The staff are the epitome of amazing customer service. Everyone there is incredibly helpful, upbeat, and attentive. I’ll definitely keep coming back!

Couldn't ask for a better store to open up in the avenues! It has a little bit of everything but the best part is the customer service is on point. There's a woman there with black hair and kids (for the life of me I can't remember her name) but she's the reason I'm making this review. You don't get customer service like what she gives you anywhere else. I was shopping with my newborn and toddler when my baby starts losing it. Completely embarrassed because now everyone's looking, I wanted to leave my stuff at the counter and go outside for a bit till they calmed down. The best part?? The woman offered me to go in their fitting room so I could feed him in comfort and even brought a lollipop, blank paper and colored pencils for my toddler to color on while I handled business. Needless to say I was pretty emotional over the respect given and said I would be writing this review to thank her for kindness. They were pretty busy so to have that care still given meant a lot to me. Please don't ever change!

Love this shop! My go to place for special gifts and cards. So excited to hear they are expanding and moving next door to a bigger space! So many businesses are closing but nice to hear they are doing well!

This is a fun store to shop in. Beautiful clothes, great gifts and interesting food items!

I don't understand why the name change. Kinda silly. People like familiarity. I like the stuff, but boo on the new name.

So I am a long customer of Hallmark and the Paper store after they took it over. I was excited about the new store opening up and was looking forward to going to the new store. I needed a bunch of cards and I was looking for a “Son and Daughter In-law anniversary card. It is sad day when I go a store like this one and cannot find a card other than to “Son and Spouse” and only two or three of them. But I might add that they had plenty of husband to husband and wife to wife. Not that I am oppose that. But, they did not have “Daughter and Son In-Law either. I am just a bit disappointed. Guess I’ll be going to Walmart for my cards. They had a much better selection.

First, I want to make note that I am an extremely busy person (who isn't these days??) so for me to sit down and actually make time to do a review, it has to be really bad and have had to happen to me several times at the same place. I have been to new Paper Store approx. 4 times. Every time I am there, nobody is ever available to help you while you are shopping and there are so many items that do not have prices on them. Three out of the 4 times I checked out, it is difficult to actually get a hello out of an employee. Additionally, two of them outwardly admitted they didn't know how to do the transaction at hand. In one example, I had a merchandise credit and thought it had $75.00 on it and took up approx. $80 worth of items to the counter. When I got up to the register, the employee informed me that the merchandise credit was for just over $30; so I decided I didn't want to buy all of my items and the cashier literally made me feel terrible. She actually huffed several times under her breath and I told her I was sorry but she just ignored me and made me feel like I had committed a crime. It isn't just 1 cashier that isn't friendly; it is every single one of them I have dealt with. The people that worked at the Hallmark Store were always so kind and helpful that I loved going in there. Also, I have never had any complaints about the help or customer service with any other stores as even if they are short handed (which I understand), they still say hello and greet me with a smile. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I love their jewelry and it is reasonably priced. Due to me having 4 out of 4 poor experiences there, I have several other stores that I can find nice, reasonably priced jewelry.

I really don’t consider Gifts and More a Hallmark Store. I went in the other day looking for a sympathy card for Father for one of my friends. I couldn’t find one, so I went to the register where four employees were talking and asked for help. This one girl came over and saw a card with thinking of you and said this is a nice one. I told her I asked for sympathy for Father on it. She lglanced at the top rack and said we don’t have it. I asked her why she wasn’t looking on the bottom racks she said those are general ones. So I looked and read to her sympathy for your nephew and a few more. I walked back up to the register and asked if they could look in their computer to see if it showed any in stock. I was told they wouldn’t have any record. Also if you don’t see it, we must not have it. I asked how they could run out of sympathy for father and was told that it was basically Hallmark inventory and they didn’t know. The store does have some nice things, but the service isn’t as good as the original Viera Hallmark, so I doubt if I will go back there. PS did finds a nice sympathy card at Walmart

It was pouring and I made it into Hallmark as I needed special cards. I take certain rxs that causes me to use restroom and with the cold rain(I was coming from another store so I was a bit wet.) I ASKED politely if I may use restroom..she was on the phone and rudely said "we don't have one"..and I said, "well how do you go to the bathroom?"...I was going to wait for other customer service who was ringing out someone...the rude one got off phone and said we don't have a public restroom...and then said...you are really going to make me go back out in the pouring rain?? You just lost a customer. And left. I WILL buy my cards elsewhere. Now I understand about not having public restrooms. I GET THAT. ..but the store was empty..not busy..so I COULD have been an exception..just this once..THAT would have been customer service beyond and would have gladly keep coming back!!. I AM CLEAN. NICELY DRESSED..WAS NOT PLANNING ON DESTROYING YOUR BATHROOM.
