I recently stayed at this charming boutique hotel and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly, setting the tone for the entire stay. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home.

The central location of the hotel was ideal, as it was within walking distance of all the sites I wanted to visit. Whether it was exploring the nearby attractions or finding the perfect spot for dinner, everything was conveniently close by.

What truly stood out to me was the attentiveness of the staff. Whenever I needed assistance or had a question, all I had to do was ask the friendly faces at the front desk, and they were more than happy to help. Their willingness to go above and beyond for guests truly enhanced my stay.

Overall, I highly recommend this boutique hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. The lovely staff, exceptional hospitality, and central location make it the perfect choice for a visit to Bukhara.

Great location. You step out of the hotel and it's literally two of the tourist attractions of Bukhara: madrassah and lyabi house.

Very warm and helpful staff. Great breakfast as well. Easy communication. Super clean and spacious room. The rooms and the ambiance of the hotel itself feel like a tourist attraction in itself.

Hotel Fatima hits all the right notes. It is smack in the middle of the old town close to historical sights and restaurants. Bukhara is very touristy, so the streets are always busy and loud music blares throughout the night. Thankfully the rooms are located away from the streets around a lovely inner courtyard with tapchans so you don't hear a peep. The hotel appears to have been recently refurbished and the rooms are beautifully designed and spotless.

The breakfast spread is vast but consisted mostly of cold, somewhat bland pastries and overly sweet cakes. There is a good selection of fresh fruit however.

The staff were all lovely - we have to give a special mention to Jasur, a hospitality student whose service was impeccable throughout our stay. The lady owner (?Fatima) sits in the lobby welcoming guests during the day - a nice touch.

Prices in Bukhara are steeper than anywhere else in Uzbekistan, but Hotel Fatima is a solid, budget-friendly choice.

What a great property, it is so beautiful and a very convenient location right near all the attractions. Nice and safe area to walk around. We really enjoyed the huge variety of breakfast items. The front concierge gentleman Ravshan was great. We got quick check in and they gave us room early as our flight had arrived early morning. Rahsaan went out of his way to help us out and made great restaurant suggestions which we really enjoyed. The hotel goes above and beyond to celebrate your special occasion, we appreciated the special touch. They provided us with a map of all the attractions nearby. Great little gem in Bhukara. Highly recommended. Rahsaan speaks great English and is a big asset to the establishment and the guests.

Great place, at the very end of one side of old town. Makes it quiet. Our room was spacious and well decorated. The breakfast was plenty of choices. The staff were amazing! We loved the complementary fruit and tea.

Super comfy place to stay in Bukhara. Rooms are large with A/C and the quality/price rate is super good. Once shown the French passport they even started speaking French, indeed very much suggested!

Very well located in the centre of the city. Park outside front door. Staff very friendly and obliging. Nice breakfast as well. Nothing bad to say about this hotel.

Bardzo ładny, spokojny, przytulny hotel, bardzo dobrze położony (do wszystkich atrakcji bardzo blisko), bardzo ładnie urządzone pokoje. Przyjazny personel w sąsiedztwie liczne restauracje.
