Location is perfect to find , the room is quite big , staff is friendly and really helpful. They have the best coffee in Kokand. Beautiful area to have breakfast, lunch and supper is available at the back of the hotel.
P.S. Internet is super fast 😊 kids enjoyed watching YouTube

From the first second you arrive, the politeness of every member of the staff strikes you as unmatchable!!!! Rooms clean, well furnished. Very good the supper that is served in the cool garden by a very gentle and ever smiling waiter!!! The place to stay in Kokand!!!

We stayed with the hotel for one night and after almost 3 months of traveling it was the best sleep we have had. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were extremely spacious.

The staff were so attentive and made us feel very welcome. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both meals were very good. They also had a great garden to enjoy a cold beer in, and the WiFi was really fast.

Definitely a must stay if you in Kokand.

We are pleasantly surprised to say the least! From the welcoming of the friendly personel to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, everything was of a high level quality. The breakfast was also great. Other than a few minor details, for a 3-star hotel our stay was worth it. Thank you Silk Road Kokand. Ps. I would recommend you book a room facing the inner garden.

This is a very good hotel. Rooms are clean and well furnished. The hotel decorations in general are simple and comfortable. It is in a good location in the middle of the city and close to the main attraction Khudayer Khan palace. Staff are very kind and hospitable. After checking many hotels in the Forgana valley, I believe this is one of the best. I recommend this hotel to everyone. I stayed here with my family in two rooms and enjoyed it very much.

An average 5.0 rating may look suspicious, but this hotel definitely deserves it. Yes, it’s brand new, which helps. But staff is really the best we have witnessed here in UZ, whilst Uzbek people themselves are already very friendly and helpful. So if you visit Kokand, I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel. And if you do, don’t bother looking for a restaurant because the hotel restaurant is great as well.

All was great, amazing and friendly staff, very confortable beds and a high class bathroom with a wonderfull shower, we also had a small bowl of the well known local sweet the “Kokand Halva” as a welcoming treat in our room. The hotel is next to a main street and even though it is, there was no noise to be heardfrom inside the room. The cafeteria is filled with top-notch design furniture, breakafast was served personalised to your needs, with a nice view towards the wonderfull back garden. The hotel is in an optinal location to explore the near towns in fergana vally.

Thanks a lot to the hotel staff, because of them I felt a real vacation. And they have really affordable prices for such services. On a level with other hotels ... I would choose this hotel. Each of us must visit this hotel at least once in our life.
