LAYNER Mountain Resort Complex

Rooms are spacious and nicely upgraded, have all necessary facilities.
Restarant serves decent food whatever we ate there was good tasting.
We came in winter and there was so much snow !!! Winter wonderland.
The place don't serve alc beverage ( but you can bring your own ), their ski slide was not working, the horse needs a bit more scrab as it was smelly.
We enjoyed our time there , will come back .

I've been coming here for the last 4 years.. amazing place to relax and kids can play in a special entertainment building made for them.

This is our second stay at "LAYNER" and it's very hard not to give them a 5-star rating. The one thing that they're doing right is continuous improvement on the property and I applaud this. Changes made from our last trip in 2019 and now is that they've added Karaoke "Chalets" which I though was very cool! These closed gazebo-shaped buildings are set nicely on the slopes of the property and blends nicely with nature! They've also added free horse and pony rides around the outside of the tennis, soccer and basketball courts. The tall wall surrounding the courts prevents the horse from accidentally venturing away from the track. The cleaning staff in Building 3 and our waiter for 3 straight days (Mr. Akmal) were very professional, friendly and attentive. I must also mention that the breakfast buffet was very good. Now, my biggest complaint was with the folks at Reception (Mr. Sardor). The "incident" took place when we were checking out. I don't understand why but some folks think that they, and not the Customer/Guest is always right. And he did not even wish us farewell and say "please come back and see us again". Just left a bad taste in me after such a wonderful stay. I understand that the establishment is changing their Reception location and hope that they can "correct" their un-professional receptionist while they're at it.

Huge territory. Awesome mountain view. Loved walking around. Quiet and relaxing place. Horse riding. Kid-friendly - shows, playground, movies, pool.

A good hotel to stay at, while in the mountains. Rooms are large, with good sized bathrooms. Prices are normal. Breakfast is tasty an there is a good choice of food. Recommended for ski holidays in Chimgan.

Awesome!!! Been there in winter. I had a blast!! The food, the mini movie theatre, the views, the unusual creative entrance... Very nice place to relax from hard work in the city.

It's quite peaceful comfortable place to stay between the mountains. Hotel has facilities like Swimming Pool for adults & kids, Gym, Sports Zone, Bar, Restaurant, room service etc. Spreaded around 10 Acres of Land. Must place to stay.
