Chilpik Dakhma/Kala

This historical place was built more than 2,000 years ago near the Amudarya( river) as a qala (town) on the above of the natural hill, but for the time being you can see only the remains of it which stands as a hill. Chilpik kala is round shaped with the height of 15 meters high.35 meters from the ground and 65 meters in diametr. When it comes to facilities, modern stairs are available which makes to go up easy and comfortable, as well as there are benches to have a rest, “Qar u’y” ( Karakalpak national home) and bathroom. The enterence costs 10 000 sums for tourists, while locals can pay 2000 sum. The point which should be mentioned is that view on the top of the Chilpik kala is exceptionally fantastic

Chilpik (I - IV, IX - XI centuries) is located on the top of a natural flat hill on the right bank of Amudarya, 43 km away from Nukus. It is clearly visible from the Nukus-Beruni highway. Chilpik is a 15-meter-high, 65-meter-diameter, roofless circular tower.
"Chilpiq" is considered one of the bright landmarks of Karakalpakstan, and its picture is indeed reflected within the coat of arms of the republic. The current state of this landmark is certainly sad, but it may be a put that pulls in tourists, since numerous people are recognizable with seeing this hill protected from the Zoroastrian time, observing the zone from over and hearing its history. The landmark built of clay from that period was harmed by natural phenomena. But you may be surprised how far it has come.
According to Zoroastrian custom, Dakhmi Chilpiq was considered a put where bodies were cleared out interior the minaret for wild birds. Afterward, the bones were buried within the ground. In the 9th-11th centuries, Chilpik was used as a tower to announce the arrival of the enemy.
Nowadays, there have been a few changes around Chilpiq. Stairs were built to climb to the top of the hill. And in front of Chilpiq, there's a recreation zone with free internet and two national "Qora uy" of the Karakalpak people.

Historical landmark Dahma Castle🏰, a place worth visiting

This is an ancient burrial place with great history. There are steps leading up to it. Parking spors, toiletts and some yurts are in front. Not a lot of people. Information signs at the entrance. Great view over amudaya river and dessert from the top.

I hope this stays as a Zoroastrian memorial place.

Turm des Schweigens (Festung „Chilpik Kala“) liegt auf dem Weg von Nukus nach Urgench. Ursprünglich war sie eine zoroastrische Begräbnisstätte. Hier wurden die Toten hingebracht, damit Sonne und Vögeln den Leichnam zersetzen. Die Treppe wurde 2019 gebaut, um die Festung leichter für Besucher zugänglich zu machen.

Čilpik tvrdjava se smatra jednim od svetlih obeležja Karakalpakstana, a njegova slika se zaista ogleda u republičkom grbu. Ovo je originalna zoroastrijska kula tišine, koja se koristila za sahrane, gdje bi meso tijela pokojnika jeli lešinari, a preostale kosti bi se skupljale u kosturnice. Stara je preko 2000 godina. Chilpiq – qadimgi inshoot qoldigʻi (6— 7-asrlar). Nukus va Beruniy shaharlari (Qoraqalpogʻiston) oraligʻidagi Sulton Uvays togʻi qoyalari ustida joylashgan. Ch. aylana shaklida boʻlib, atrofi qalin paxsa devor bilan oʻralgan, bir tomoni kirish yoʻli sifatida ochiq qoldirilgan. Ch.ning 6–8 m lik devori saqlangan, ichki radiusi 12 m. Mahalliy aholi Ch.ning barpo etilishini afsonaviy devlar bilan bogʻlaydi. Ch. hududidan islomgacha boʻlgan qadimgi dafn marosimlariga xos yodgorliklar topilgan. Olimlar fikriga koʻra, Ch. otashparastlar jasadlarini keltirib qoʻyadigan maxsus daxma vazifasini oʻtagan.

Чилпик-Кала - древняя крепость. Сегодня лишь слабо напоминают руины о ее былом величии. На вершине остался лишь жертвенник и следы раскопок археологов. Однако люди ежедневно посещают это место. Существует много легенд, некоторые выдуманы совсем недавно. На вершине триангуляционный знаг (геодезическая тренога), который обвешан лоскутами ткани, платочками и всем тем, что было у людей ссобой. Каждая тряпочка хранит чьё-то заветное желание. Люди верят, что всё исполнится, наступит исцеление, тайные силы помогут в решении сложных задач. Артефакты, найденные в Шылпык, хранятся в музее Савицкого (Нукус). Территория крепости пока слабо охраняется. Есть сторож, но люди обходят его. В связи с этим вокруг крепости, на полпути к вершине, начали строить забор. Вскоре вход будет лишь один. С крепости открывается потрясающий вид на долину реки Амударья, вокруг бескрайняя степь и лишь ветер постоянно шумит вокруг. На горизонте видно горы Каратау, но до них путь ещё долгий.

Дахма Чилпык представляет собой типовое сооружение для специфической зороастрийской практики погребения умерших, однако поражает монументальными размерами и относится к периоду расцвета зороастрийской культуры в Древнем Хорезме на перекрёстке исторических эпох. Приблизительная дата возведения — конец I века до н.э. — начало I века н.э.

Очень сильное место. Здесь в древности зороастрийцы делали жетвоприношения. Виды просто шикарные. И немного фитнеса впридачу ))
