Fourth Island

Amazing!!! We came to Ksamil “off season” and there was only a few places to choose from for meals. Thankfully Fourth Island was one of them! It has an amazing atmosphere with friendly happy staff. Always up for a chat and asking about our lives back home. Very very quick service. The cocktails were amazing I had the vodka sour passion every time we were in there. We went back 3-4 times for dinner! I believe even 3 days in a row at the beginning! The bolognese was beautiful, there was no thick sauce. It was so so full of flavor, I’ve never eaten anything like it. I’ve even been trying to recreate it at home!! 😆 I love spice so we got the pizza Diavola and the lovely staff were adding tobacco each time to give it an extra kick just for me! No complaints about adapting the food just smiles all round. I even discovered my like for tzatziki here after trying it for the first time because the rest of the food was so promising! Despite not being a takeaway they also kindly packed up our unfinished food for us one night so we could take it back with us!!
Would return to Ksamil just for this food and service!

We have been here twice while in Ksamil and we could say that those were by far the best meals we had in Albania.

The food was amazing every time and all desserts we tried were fantastic. Portions are big and prices are small and you can pay by card, which is pretty rare in 2023 in Albania!

Mario was super friendly with us and his service was flowless.

I think this is the best Restaurant in Ksamil.
Food is excellent, of excellent quality.
Prices relative to quantity and quality are excellent too. In the evening it is always full, and sometimes there is a wait. But earlier around 19/19:30 you can safely choose a table. The atmosphere is very nice, the staff too, they are always smiling and friendly, they ask several times if everything is ok with the food (which is quite nice).
Personally, I was very fascinated by their Raki, I tried it with honey and cinnamon, also with almond and saffron. Both are unique but I liked the honey and cinnamon one so much I bought a whole bottle (turns out it's their trademark and they have their own brand) you must try it nectar from the gods. This is one of the places I would come back to Ksamil for.
The kitchen was with opened view, so u can see all chefs inside, and it was so clean inside also.

Music, food and service have been one of the best experiences so far in Albania. Anyone who comes to Ksamil has to try here.

We tried this place randomly and liked it so much that we ate here for 3 days in a row. The pasta and pizza tasted amazing. Big portions and reasonable prices. The fried seafood was a very nice surprise with a big portion of mixed seafood. The deserts were fine aswell but nothing special. The risotto was also fine but not the best. The staff are young guys who speaks good English. Very attendive, friendly and you really feel like home with them. Other places really should learn from them.

I just loved it. The location gives a different vibe from every other place in Ksamil and the food is fresh and delicious. We’ll definitely be back cause the pizza looked amazing as well. Big up for the staff that was really friendly and professional.

Best restaurant we’ve eat in Ksamil. Big portions, very nice, polite and anglophone staff, good prices. Everything is delicious, especially the veal with cheese. For dessert we tried Banofi - tasty but in my opinion it should have been more kept in the fridge in order to soften the biscuit base.

Favourite restaurant in Ksamil! Such a beautiful dinner! Best pasta and pizza I’ve had since travelling around Europe. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Mario was such a lovely waiter, he gave us great recommendations for our holiday and was very kind and helpful!

Food was great and in good portions. Service is perfect. Prices good too comparing to other places.

Wonderful place. Good prices, great draught beer, attentive staff, nice seating/atmosphere, and extremely tasty food. Best food we had in Ksamil!! We had the greek salad, green salad, pizza, seafood risotto, and fries; all were great. They accept cards.

Went there twice and i can say i was satisfied. The first time i had the fried seafood dish and it was perfect, size
,taste , everything. The second time i had the crispy fillet fish and it was not bad if you are a fish fan, but according to my taste it wasnt that good compared to my previous meal. The staff was very polite and proffesional.

The food was very good, we had the big seafood mix and spicy octopus, and we recommend it. The service was amazing.

Highly recommend this place. We really enjoyed the salads. Pasta was good, risotto with mushrooms was 50/50. The portions are very big. The waiters are sweethearts, and the atmosphere is very nice.

Really good food, big portions and what we liked most is that they have other, imaginative food options than the average restaurants here!

This was our favourite restaurant in Ksamil and we ended up having dinner here twice. It was the some of the best pasta and pizza I've ever had! The waiters were very friendly and attentive and the service was quick. The terrace seating outside is very pretty and romantic. Reasonable prices too.

A lovely outside restaurant with some more traditional food. The place looks quite basic but this doesn't say anything about the quality. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food is great with many options, some more international and some more Albanian. We had to wait a little bit before being seated but it was worth the wait. If you go a little bit later in the evening it is more quiet and you can enjoy the evening there.

First time i was there i never go in other to eat,everything was very fresh,it was amazing,sea food, pasta , pizza. But i am in love with cold seafood salad.and what was more important they make delivery where ever you are. Service is very nice and staff is frendly.

I'll start with food, as it's the most important thing: seriously delicious! After eating on all continents, I can comfortably say I had the best grilled octopus at this place. Extremely kind staff, speaking fluent English, surprisingly big portions and all tastes have a fine, personal touch. We will come back and I suggest you do the same.

We tried only desserts and were delicious, especially that "trileçe" served with some ice cream. Also, the waiters were very polite and very good english speakers.
