Мы отдыхали во Влера с неё нет экскурсий в komani lake-explore и мы арендовали машину и поехали самостоятельно .. но тут особенность надо приехать в точку отправления лодок к 9 утра , для нас это было не реально нам надо было проехать через всю Албанию и мы решили ехать с ночевкой . Выбрав это место остались очень довольны.. люди здесь приветливые и открытие от них исходит доброта и позитив . Дорога сюда со средины серпантина начинается не очень но ехать можно ...
