We took the trial up to the Vista of the lake and it was well worth it. We managed to get their for sunset and only cost €1 / ALL 100 each.

The first part of the road to Gamti Mountain is not paved but if you drive slowly and carefully it is no problem. We drove there with a Hyundai i20, so regular cars are also totally fine (no SUV or 4x4 needed). You can drive up to the restaurant and start from there to hike to the view platform.

The drive to the mountain is a bit sketchy since the road isn't that good for a large part. But the view was absolutely worth it, incredible location to visit!

Nice and quiet place for hiking.
You can also dricw up with the car but be prepared to drive 20kmh for about 20 mins to get there. ( very bad "streets"😑😅)

When you drive all the way up you will find a restaurant with the most amazing view.

If you are in Tirana i certainly recommend to take 3 hours for a nice trip and an even nicer view.

Possible to drive from Tirana to the mountain without a 4x4. The road was partly rocky and with big holes, but you just need to drive slowly. You can park in front of the restaurant. The hike up to the viewing platform is also not so challenging. You might need to use your hands at times but the view is totally worth it. 100Lek for the hike is also acceptable, as stairs were built and also needs maintenance once in a while. We had experienced much higher price for much less spectacular sights in other countries.

Just note you need to pay for using the stair to this area . I think either 1€ or 2€

An absolutely gorgeous spot quite close to Tirana. A must visit. Ask for Riges from Smart Tours Albania.

Not to far from Tirana, road is not too bad. We were able to drive all the way to the restaurant with sedan and walk around 15-20 min, claimed up to the view point.

Amazing view!! You Need to Go beyond the restaurant and go the stairs upwards. At the end you Need to climb a little bit so it‘s not that easy but definitely worth it!

We drove a small suv to 41.468515,19.857849 (note its off road).
From here we started our hike, we are in decent shape and it took 1:45-2:00 to reach the summit. Note it's a steep climb so get a stick as the way down is a killer on the knees.

To find the route up, we used the app wikilok (it costs 10$ a year or 14 free trial) and we also used alltrails which is free. The wikilok directions were better.

The road to the mountain is terrible. But the view from the top is something different, just amazing!!! 😍😍

Amazing view, there is a platform where you can take great pictures. I strongly recommend. There is a fee 1€ per person to enter but it’s definitely worth it.

Its a nice little walk, easy for begginers, took us 1.5hours back and forth. Had to pay 1 eur/pp to go up the stairs
