Rosa B&B

I would give 10 stars if possible. Stayed 2 nights and it was 2 of the best nights in Europe so far. Rosa and her family will make you feel at home and like family. My lake view room was large and comfortable. Both nights i enjoyed Rosa's home cooked meals. Breakfasts were equally good and you wont leave hungry. I am a motorcycle traveller and upon arrival, Rosa greeted us with ice cold beers. This is a must stay if you are in the area.

This place is awesome. We were treated like family. Home-cooked meals, laundry was done for us, great views. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Rosa is an amazing host and made us feel at home. The place was so peaceful (pet friendly too) with a beautiful view and the food was delicious. We had a great time and definitely will return.

It's a very beautiful place. Rooms are nicely equipped and have a great view of the lake. You can have breakfast at the edge of the Ochridz lake. Grapes are growing everywhere giving shade. And last but not least, the owner of the hotel: she's a very kind, very helpful person and she speaks English really well. Don't hesitate to book apartment when you're in Lin!

What an amazing hidden little gem! Rosa is an amazing human, friendly and welcoming and very attentive to your needs! And the place is just so beautiful and decorated with so much love to detail. And all the facitilies are very nice, especially the outdoor area. The food - homemade by Rosa - was some of the best I had in Albania!
I will be back!

Amazing place. Owner Rosa is kindest person I have met. House is beautiful (old rock style) You won't regret staying there. Straight from house You can go swimming/fishing. I recommend!

This an absolute gem of a place. Rosa is such a warm, friendly and helpful hostess. Her b and b is a lovely building right on the shore of lake ohrid and my room had a full view of the lake from my bed. Wonderful. The room was also spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed and good bathroom. The food is also excellent, both the included breakfast and the dinners, and ample in size. If you're going to stay in Lin I strongly recommend Rosa's place. I paid 20 Euros for my room, but in season I think they're 25. Either way, good value.

The place is so lovely that it deserves more than 5 stars. Rosa is great person and perfect host. The view from a room is beautiful, you can use a boat as long as you want. You can go on private wild beach with clean water. They even have their own fishes which lives only in Ohrid lake and Rosa can prepare them for you. It is my favourite place in Albania.

I have no words, this is exceptional, Rosa is an amazing human. She served us food that she had cooked for her own family. Super friendly. This is a must see. The views are awesome, everything is just perfect.

Everything was perfect. The location of B&B is brilliant. Straight on the bank of the lake. The guests can take a boot free of charge. The owner is very friendly, speaks English and can cook a very tasty lunch and dinner (Ohrid trout is on the menu!). A lovely place, would stay there again.

Our day in Lin was truly memorable, thanks to Rosa's hospitality. The view from her place is really beautiful and romantic. Thanks for the great fish meal, it was delicious!
Lin is a hidden gem, because of its beauty as much as its people.

We stayed 3 nights at Rosas place. It is a very nice and cosy village near to the Macedonian border. At Rosas place you have everything you need for relaxing and taking a break from everyday life. The rooms have an own bathroom, Rosa makes fantastic breakfast and if you want she will also make tasty dinner, which is costs way less than in the other restaurants.
We could use the rowing boat for free and it was nice to relax on the terace.
We highly recommend Rosas place!

Great place at the Ohrid lake shore. Rosa is really friendly person, speaks fluently a few languages. We felt like at home.

To describe a place where time has stopped, there are nice and happy people, where the food is divine and the views are wonderful, you should write a book and not do it with a few words 👍👍

The place to be in Lin !! very nice view, nice rooms and pleasant people with good cooking (fishes from the lake) I recommended this place.
