Accommodation for a real vacation in a quiet area. All the best beaches are nearby, outside the city crowd. We have been staying at Vila Pasqyra for two years in a row and will always come back here. The host Klevis is great. Great recommendation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Pasqyra during my trip to Ksamil, Albania, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and genuine hospitality of the owner.

First and foremost, the price for the accommodation was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the incredible views that awaited me. The villa is perched on a hillside, offering panoramic vistas of the surrounding natural beauty. Waking up to the stunning sight of the crystal-clear waters and lush green landscapes was a dream come true.

The cleanliness of the villa was impeccable. Every corner was spotless, and the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

What truly sets Villa Pasqyra apart is the owner's genuine passion for ensuring a memorable stay. Their friendly and accommodating nature made me feel right at home. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, providing valuable insights about the area and recommending the best local attractions and restaurants.

One of the highlights of my stay was enjoying the breathtaking sunsets from the villa's terrace. It was a truly magical experience, and I felt a sense of peace and tranquility enveloping me.

I come from Brooklyn, NY and live near Vila Pasqyra for the summer months. My wife and I eat dinner here all the time. The service is always great and the food is always fantastic! Must try!

We spent 8 nights at Vila Pasqyra and we were really impressed.
Everyday delicious local brekfast was prepared by the owners. Also everyday towels and sheets were changed.
The room was cleaned everyday!
In front of the apartment there is seaview with so beauriful sunsets.
Klevis is the best host we’ve ever met.
He is helpful and friendly guy. Really takes care about his guests and helps as much as he can.
It is a good place for couples and also for families (with kids).
Location is also outstanding. Close by to beautiful beaches in Ksamil and Saranda.
We definitely want to come back here!

The place is on the top of Pasqyra beach in a breathtaking Seaview dominant to Corfu and Sarande. The room are spacious clean and well equipped, the atmosphere is chill and quite and the host is very helpful and professional. Breakfast is continental with some local treats and if you order jn advance the kitchen is also serving fresh grilled fish and seafood. Definitely recommended.

This place is awesome. Located in a small village 5minutes drive away from both Sarande and Ksamil, it offers incredible sea and sunset views, fast access to the best beaches in southern Albania, and peace and tranquillity needed for relaxing vacation. The appartments are very clean which is the most important for me, they have bedroom with surprisingly comfortable king size bed and with closet for all your stuff, a living room with a couch that can be turned into bed if more people are staying, fully equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom where you can shower while looking at the sunset :) I loved that the appartments have mosquito nets everywhere (there are not a lot of mosquitos anyway). Appartments also have wifi and AC. Breakfast is simple tasty buffet style continental and always has fresh fruits offered.
But above all that- the owner of this villa needs a special paragraph in this review. We have stayed at a lot of hotels and appartments and we have never met anyone who is so welcoming and accommodating as Klevis is! He is on another level of hospitality! From the first contact until the very end he was always kind and ready to help with anything we needed. On our first day he drove us to the beach and showed us a nice restaurant. Throughout our stay he always had recommendations for places to see and where to eat. We don't like crowded beaches so he showed us how to get to a secluded beach where there were only a few people. My husband developed an ear infection in the middle of our stay and needed a doctor, Klevis took him in his car and drove him first to Ksamil where they did not have a doctor my husband needed, then drove him to Sarande to the hospital, waited with him to be admitted and went in with him in case he needed a translator (doctor spoke English so it was fine), and drove him back to the appartment. We needed to air pump our car tire so he also helped with that. He always made us feel safe by letting us know he will help with whatever we might need.
He made our first vacation in Albania so great and we will definitely be back at Vila Pasqyra.

Very nice host. They make everithing in order to please their guests. Clean rooms. Good food, for breakfast or dinner. Nice view. Big rooms. The beach with the same name is down the mountain, but is with stones, not sand.

We stayed in Villa Pasqyra a few days in June. We had a nice apartment with the view over the sea. Our hosts were very hospitable, friendly and helpful. Our apartment was clean, breakfasts were tasty and full.
Although the sea is very close to the apartment, man has to go down of the hill to the beach, but you can go there by car as well. Place and people were perfect!

Before of my arrival i wasnt aspecting what i found cause i was Reading the comments and they were negative.
But believe me, you have to go and see by your self that the Place is Amazing and the host are so polite and cordial.
I can't understand such negativity and unreal comments for this Amazing Place.
There is an Amazing view and a beautiful beach, One of the most cool places in Albania.

Vila owner is moust velcoming person. the vila is new and sparkling clean. parki g is safe. moutain breaze is refreshing. iff you are to relax and enjoy in contry place far from craud and to much people this is the place for you. We enjoy our stay. definetly recomend this place.

Situata in una posizione strategica…quasi isolata, silenziosa, da relax, ma, nello stesso tempo, a pochi minuti dal centro.
Comodissima per raggiungere 2 calette sotto casa, dall’acqua cristallina.
Camera vista mare, pulita, aerata. Servizio Più che Buono e soprattutto, Ottimo Cibo.
Abbiamo cenato, scegliendo sempre, piatti di pesce fresco..
Direi che io e mio marito, siamo rimasti, molto Soddisfatti
