Restaurant Laxenburgerhof

The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly! As students studying abroad they were very understanding of the language barrier and made sure we were able to find and eat what we wanted. It was an authentic dining experience and made our night so special. The food was delicious and the drinks were great! Would highly recommend!!! It’s a great place to have a nice dinner or to grab a quick drink. Shout out to the staff here you made our trip so special!

you’d think a place this close to the castle and park would be a tourist trap, but far from it. genuinely good food, big portions, and friendly staff. very juicy veal schnitzel, of course with lingonberry.

We went there because we were visiting the Schlosspark Laxenburg. We were not initially aiming for the restaurant. But it turned out to be a nice surprise. The food was well done, delicate, and with good portion. Their homemade lemonade is quite nice, even for me who don't generally like soft drinks. I gave them compliment at lunch already. They asked if I could help them promote the restaurant by giving a good evaluation. I gladly do so.

I visited Laxenburger Hof Restaurant, and had such an amazing experience, the waiters are super welcoming and friendly, and the food came super fast. It was my last schnitzel before I travel, and out of the 11 schnitzels I have had in Austria this is definitely in the top 3! 10/10 would recommend paying a visit here!

Came here with my two girl friends after the kitchen closed, and without even asking they offered us food since they knew we were looking for dinner. The staff was so incredibly nice and the food was delicious!! I thought it would maybe be a tourist trap for being so close to the castle, but it was far from it. I would happily eat here again and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is visiting this area :)

Open on Christmas Day! The perfect spot for après Illumina lights at Schloss Laxenburg. Food was homemade and delicious. Comfortable and welcoming interior. A great experience.

Perfect romantic feeling close to Vienna. The staff was super kind and perfectly spoke English, besides the food was amazing (highly recomnend the schnitzel with a special potato salad). It's a must if you visit the kastle

Great food, friendly stuff. After a nice walk in the park, I definitely recommend this place!

From the beginning when entering the restaurant to the end when leaving it we were served by a very friendly staff. The ambiente of the restaurant fits very well to the overall surroundings. Inside even an old water pipe is on exhibition with a nice information plate. For the food I have to say everything was excellent, Budweiser on tap gave it something special. The waiter took special care of our kid, so even he felt very welcome.
I do not often write comments but here it is well deserved. The visit to the restaurant marked a very nice ending to our great visit to the Lichtergarten exhibition.

Very cozy atmospheric place with hospitable hosts, fast, very polite service. The portions are large (some were taken home) and very tasty. The price is good, for a dinner for four we paid 73 euros for food plus drinks (excluding wine and beer).

We went to the resto after a long walk around the park and castle.
The foods were good! We ordered grilled chicken, grilled fish, ginger carrot soup ( a bit salty but still taste yummy), cherry cake, cheese dumpling is a bit unusual for us since it’s our first time trying it.
