Hotel Mercure Han-sur-Lesse

Great location and service. Easy parking. Clean and beautiful rooms. They have a swimming pool. The breakfast is good. They didn't have a baby bed, but they gave us a bigger room with an extra bed so the baby could sleep on a bed. I absolutely recommend this hotel!

The rooms are very clean, quiet and well kept. The hotel caters to families so don't expect quiet in the public areas. Location is fantastic to day trip to surrounding areas, there's no parking at hotel though.

Reception is fast and very friendly, whatever you ask they do everything to help. Rooms are clean, good bath products and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is complete coffee is great. Nice area for walking

Great location with easy access to motorway. EV car chargers in the underground car park which was brilliant. Rooms very modern, we had a family room for two adults and two children, this included a bunk bed and a kitchenette. Swimming pool was on the cold side and probably could do with increasing temp by 2 or 3 degrees but once you're in it was okay. Breakfast had a good selection but staff could do with addressing flies and insects landing on food in the buffet. Over all very satisfied with our stay. Thanks all at the Mercure.

I really recommend this hotel for their hospitality. The lady at the reception was not comfortabel with Dutch and even we said she could explain everything in French, she insisted to speak Dutch to us. At general, all friendly people working at this hotel.

Room was clean and nicely decorated.

There was plenty of choice during breakfast, so really loved it. :-)

The hotel is located next to the train & safari stop to the caves of Han (Des grottes de Han).

Excellent location and easy access to the garage. We'd a room on the 2nd floor, and it was nice and calm and a TV with lots of programs. Breakfast selection was outstanding and plenty to choose from. All service personnel were helpful.

Everything from check-in, room, helpful staff, facilities and breakfast was brilliant thank you. Staying for 2 days we decided to book a larger room with the additional facilities which proved very useful. Couldn't give a '10' because room was too hot and the Aircon would not cool room low enough for us, we then had to open all the windows, which unknown till the morning, allowed in a load of mosquitos on the 2nd night (we are still suffering!!). Maybe we should have expected this being only a short distance from the river!

Everything was on Point! From check-in till check-out... Breakfast was the best! Location is just perfect...

Amazing hotel at a strategic location in Han. Friendly staff who speak English, cozy and beautiful room but parking is not free. This wasn't mentioned from the beginning so it was a bit surprising for us to have to pay €15 to park overnight.

I had an excellent stay here. Compliments to the staff who are all very friendly and helpful. Beautiful swimming pool by the way. One tip: more dining à la carte options would be a nice to have.
The breakfast was perfect but the eggs weren't always hot enough. Just a small hint. Looking forward to come again.

Very nice hotel !! Restaurant is delicious, family rooms are great (big, with a full kitchenette, well designed), staff is super friendly ! The swimming pool is small but pleasant.

Super polite staff, hotel in general has a great decoration, rooms too and they are well equipped and clean! Very comfortable night with kids. The swimming pool was a great plus. Breakfast was nice you could choose a various assortement of tasty food. Will certanly choose again this hotel if i come back in the region.

We stayed at the Mercure hotel with a large group (29 people). The organisation went very smoothly, with the staff being very responsive and very open to accomodate our requests.

Once we arrived, everything also went very well. The staff again was very kind and treated us well. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast very good.

We could not have asked for more and would definitely recommend.

The hotel are simple but totally clean 👌 around you can find free spots for parking and the restaurant after got some bad experience around the village with another restaurant this hotel save our dinner and give really quality service and food the menu was amazing and the chef 👩‍🍳 the waiter make a nice 😋 and ❤ great dinner time so thank you

I was pleasantly surprised by the pleasant interior, the cozy rooms and the delicious food in the restaurant.

Come at night time only for a stop and found perfect hotel in nice area. Everything was super clean and comfortable. We'll back to spend more time.

The location was great, in the middle of the village, near the caves, wildlife park and hiking areas. The hotel was very well designed to reflect the natural environs.
