Hotel "Kamelia"

Our stay in the hotel was excellent as every other time. This was our 6th visit to this hotel and we loved it again. The staff, the food in the BBQ, the location, the rooms, ...All what you need in one place. We will definitely return again.

We are very satisfied with the hotel, great for families with children. Food at dinner was excellent, with thematic nights (loved the Mediterranean night). Kids zone and evening animation is good. Ski kindergarten is well priced, however not perfectly organised. We appreciated the nice gift at check out. Only disadvantage- small and cool pool, not suitable for children. There is a warmer jacuzzi but kids are forbidden in SPA zone. My recommendation would be to add 2 jacuzzi near the pool and heat it extra. Nice outside sauna in the snow. Apartments big enough, with 2 bathrooms. Drinks are over-prized but typical for Pamporovo (Bulgarian beer 6-7lv).
Location is good although you need to walk 7-8 mins from ski pistes- not directly there as some other hotels. We will come again for sure!

Kamelia is the best hotel at pamporovo, appatmants are perfect clean and very specius , food at restorant and barbique is perfect , this is our 3 years in raw and we will never change Kamelia

Excellent as every year! We visit for our anniversary, it has never disappointed us.

We stay at this place every year right after New Year’s Eve. Super clean and nice,extremely warm rooms,great staff and friendly attitude. The complex has a very convenient location for skiing, upon request shuttle bus to the ski wardrobe of the hotel and the ski slopes. The SPA centre offers many ways to relax after skiing! Thank you for the great stay!

The best hotel in Pamporovo for family ski vacation!

Everything, very nice and clean hotel, good value for money, excellent for the family! Spa is great, food is outstanding..everything is perfektno, second year in the row :)

The rooms were large and clean, the kitchen was well stocked with a water heater, microwave, toaster etc.
The food was excellent, there was a large variety of choices available. Every day there was someone at the grill who served freshly cooked meat/fish and vegetables.
The spa was very nice, there is a hammam, 3 types of sauna (one with salt), a jacuzzi and a large swimming pool.
The staff was very helpful and polite. Although the hotel is very close to the ski slope, they still had a free shuttle to help you with the skis. There is a small slope for begginers behind the hotel, with ski rental and a ski school.

Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff. Food is excelent and the shuttle that is offered to go to slopes is really great! The rooms are big and confortable. The spa is opened all day and it has a pool, several saunas and jacuzzi.

Well organized, with spacious apartments. Maybe the best wellness in the area. About the food - rich assortment. For skiing there is a ski rental, wardrobe and shuttle to the slopes.

Very beautiful scenery and the staff where very helpful. The rooms are spacious, and the the great service was accompanied with excellent breakfast and dinner services with a great BBQ restoraunt which is located within the complex. The only down side is staff are not very fluent in English when we went during the summer but there was plenty if Information in English so it wasn't much of a problem. Overall it was an incredible stay. 10\10.

Wonderful place, clean, nice staff, a lot of facilities. Here you can have your best mountain holiday. The food is typical for the region - delicious and variety of Rodopa mountain dishes.

We have a lovely apartment in this hotel. The service is excellent, the breakfast and dinner buffets are delicious and you are spoiled for choice. The pool and spa are clean, and well maintained. We have also enjoyed the fitness suite. We had a problem with the shower in our room. I reported it on our way to dinner and on our return, it was repaired. Now that is service! I am glad our group organiser picked this hotel. Plus it is a short walk to the ski lift.

Great value for money! Were in a two bedroom apartment which were really nice. Pay attention to the fact each apartment has it's own small boiler... not enough for 5 members to take a hot shower

Learnt to ski here, and it was perfect. There's a beginners slope directly outside the hotel, and it's fairly close to the cable cars too. Would go again.
