The restaurant is in a good spot, being only a quick hike away from some great-looking nature and the centre of the city.
The service is alright.
The food has a homemade feel to it, which makes it a standout location.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights, everything was good, it wasn’t hot even outside was hot summers days 38 degrees.
The restaurant has big garden and we have dinner at the all evenings. Everything we order was delicious, highly recommend “VEAL BON FILLET ROASTED IN HAY”. Will be back again.

Very good place, nice and cozy. I checked it firat in Tripadvisor. It is high rated and I decided to trust people's recommendations. We enjoyed the food from the menu of the day. Well prepared, delicious , portions are big enough. The atmosphere is calm, quite,peaceful, the waiter was really polite and we enjoyed our lunch a lot. I am not aware how good ot bad is the location because I am not familiar with Velingrad's directions. In brief - I recommend Tom and Nezi's retorant.

The place has very nice interior and exterior, a little luxurious I would say. The staff was good, polite. The service was fast. Everything we tried from the kitchen was totally delicious. We tried different stuff - from local cuisine to Italian and French dishes and we loved it all! We will definitely visit again! Quick note - don't order the creme Brule, ask for the homemade cake instead!

The best place to eat in Velingrad. Everyone could enjoy traditional mountain and european food, felling the spirit of local mountain ingrediands and herbs. Dishes from local fish, rabit and the varity of great starters are tasteful and amasing.
The hospitality and care of the owners and the staff are highly appreciated.
Highly recommend place for nice meal, entertainment in the restaurant with beautiful garden and short stay in the hotel!

No words can describe the awesomeness of this restaurant. We live in the world famous resort Aspen, Colorado and this place is better than any fine-dining restaurant here at 1/10 of the price. My husband is from the US and I brought him to Tom and Nezi during his first trip to Bulgaria. He loved the Rhodope tasting menu and was so impressed with the food selection. Especially the wild mushrooms.
The service and food are impeccable. Farm to table experience. Beautiful dining room and outdoor area. Definitely the best restaurant in Velingrad. I would highly recommend it to any visitor! Can’t wait to go back 🥳

Amazing menu, you can every kind of meat, fish and vegetarian choices. Great ambiance in the garden. No traditional music. Service was really excellent and fast. We came back 2 times to try more dishes!

Probably the best restaurant in Velingrad. Lots of choices on the menu, including regional cuisine and game meat. Excellent wi e selection - Bulgarian and International. Service is of high quality and the staff seems to be very attentive and professional. Highly recommended.

The best place in Velingrad! The food is great and the service is very good at reasonable price! The garden in the summer is a great place to have a meal! The tripe soup (this is a traditional Bulgarian soup) is one of the best I've ever had!!!
