Many thanks to Ivol who's given us a lovely service, he's been professional, welcoming, kind and informative regarding the menu.
There's probably too much choice in terms of food, but we tried the smash burger and double cheese burger with chips and chicken strips and it was really good! Garlic Mayo is a must try!
Prices are fair, and portions are decent.
Restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is warm and cozy.

Fabulous Restaurant and Perfect location. Very professional Staff and well prepared Food for everyones taste. Price for 2 Families of 4 Adults and 3 Kids approx.340BGN(170eur).

We were there during the summer. It was still full of people so reservation was needed. There is seating inside and outside. Very cosy winterish looking like a hut interior. Good service. The food was good but nothing extraordinary.

Place is amazing. We visited it even twice - first time is for morning coffee, then is for a dinner. Chocolate souffle with raspberries and pistachios is super delicious. Don't be afraid to mix up chocolate part with raspberries, berries aren't sweet, so mixture is delicious. The staff is also friendly. They try to speak your language to make it as convenient as it is possible. Still don't know if the rating is so low

The atmosphere is really nice. The food was fantastic. The prices were okay ig. Would recommend

Food menu a bit to large, but pizza is fantastic !
Also salads and steaks ! Pasta to soft and to creamy !

They should add more fresh sweets !

The decor is very modern, it’s a large restaurant.

What I like about them is they have a detailed allergy Menu in English so you can decide, as we had a vegan person with us who could easily decide.

The spread of the food was amazing, a very quick service!

They have a nice outdoor terrace seating as well.

It’s a very nice place to eat, a little bit pricey but you get a good meal and there are a lot of dishes you can choose from.

A true gem in Borovets. Don't let the luxurious looks of the place intimidate you. It is a classy ppace, but at the same time very reasonably priced.
In my 3 visits to Victoria, all dishes served were top notch and service was excellent 👌

The most modern food bar in Borovets. We are talking Dyson hand dryers (when you visit other establishments you'll know). Can cater for large groups. Variety of food is great. Quality is excellent. Service is good (Bulgarians just need a warming up and they are great craic once they know you are sound). Pizza, thin, artisan, beautiful!!! A must on your Borovets trip.

Value for money restaurant. The menu is so extensive that you feel the quality will not meet your expectations but it is exactly the opposite. Nice food and very good prices. Very good ambience as well

The restaurant offers unique cozy chalet-like atmosphere. The food is phenomenally delicious and is prepared quickly. The menu offers a wide range of diverse dishes and cuisines. The staff is polite and speaks english fluently which makes it a foreigner-friendly place to go. Some tables offer stunning view to the ski slope nearby, which unfortunately is only availbale to the smokers.

Best restaurant for meat food that we eat at Borovets. Prices not the lowest, but best for enjoyment/price ratio. Almost all dish was perfect. Design and service was excellent. Recommend even if you want celebrate something during vacation. Deserts were just perfect.

We had dinner with a group of friends .The stuff was helpful and nice ,the food was of good quality and enough options to choose from. Will go again.

Actually, quite positively surprised from this place. Very good service- all staff were very smiled and friendly, very delicious dishes and in general would recommend it. We went on Saturday lunch time and didn't have to wait for a table on the terrace. I have had Alfredo Chicken and it was great!

We really enjoyed eating there, the Pizza was excellent ! Freshly homemade! Highly recommended.
