Hotel Musala

What a great find! As a last minute holiday we found it to be very well appointed, very clean and the staff were super friendly.

We had a free late check out, nothing was too much trouble. We had free parking, this hotel is in a fantastic location, the beds were very comfortable, the hotel was very warm and cosy for a winter stay, and the communal spaces were welcoming.

The spa was a lovely addition, it was a fantastic price and the food was easy, wholesome and plenty of options/choice and different each day.

We will definitely stay again! 💫

Beautiful hotel facing the slopes. Great view from the balcony! The staff is super friendly and the breakfast was lovely. The SPA is also very nice, but we didn’t spend much time there. Lobby bar is fantastic! Free parking is available at the hotel. Highly recommended!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yanakiev. The location was amazing - straight on to the slopes and close to all the main bars and restaurants.

I stayed at the Yanakiev hotel. I liked him the most in Borovets. Perfectly located. Very professional and welcoming staff. I can especially mention Ilian, Nora and Elena. The relaxed and comfortable atmosphere of a mountain resort in summer. I lived here for half a month. Excellent combination of price and quality.

I am currently on the final day of my stay at Masula (formerly Yanakiev) Hotel and I would like to leave a huge amount of praise for the staff at this perfect hotel in Borovets.

LOCATION - This is a perfect ski-on/ski-off location with convenient access to their ski school, learning slopes, button lifts and chair lifts.

SERVICE - I had a couple of unforeseen circumstances which meant we had to be a fussier customer than I'd like and leave a day earlier than anticipated, but the staff were impeccable, courteous and nothing was trouble to them. The restaurant staff, bar, cleaning and reception staff made our stay comfortable and pleasant. Big thank you to Bilyana and her colleagues on reception for accommodating our requests with nothing but care & a willingness to help.

FACILITIES - We used the spa/pool area which was clean, adequate and very useful after a morning's worth of skiing. We even paid for massages which were of an excellent standard.

Overall, thank you Yanakiev/Masula for making our stay a positive experience ❤👏🏽

Wonderful family business, staff, the owner is a gentleman and embodies the true spirit of humanity. If you require luxury accommodation with full Spa, ski instruction and transportation... relax, book and look nowhere else.

Gave us a beautiful hotel room facing the slopes with a balcony! At night we could see the groomers going by, it was lovely. The spa was very nice too.

Great hotel! Clean rooms, excellent service, delicious food, very polite staff. The lady at the reception this morning was so nice! I had million questions and she replied about everything. I would have ignored myself if I was in her shoes :))) The night skiing is at your doorstep. The best location in Borovets! Thanks guys!
