During my family vacation from Ontario to NB & P.E.I this summer, the 2016 GMC SIERRA that I just had serviced at Cliff Mills Motors in Oshawa ON (including an ALL FLUID REPLACEMENT) burnt out it’s transmission. We had just crossed the bridge to P.E.I. And were unable to make it to our Cavendish destination. I responded (online) to an add for a used Yukon and was immediately given a call from Dylan at Ron MacGillivray. After explaining that a used Yukon was not my first option, he mentioned a brand new Tahoe RST had just dropped to their lot and in only 4 days he had driven to us in PE.I. And we were on our way ! The polite professional courteous manner in which we were accommodated was very comforting and appreciated.

Stephen Thompson is great to deal with. Nice young guy who knows how to communicate with people. Non pushy. Is there for you. Gets things done. Bought a nice used GMC Yukon Denali from him. Hopefully we can do more business with him in the future. Go see him.

Every step of the process was smooth and worry free, from the arranging of a trial by my extended family in NS to discussing minor modification/repairs, to arranging all the paperwork (in conjunction with Victoria-who was also great to deal with :)) to delivering the vehicle to us here in NB. She is very personable and professional and made us feel like we were valued customers. It’s the small details that really count in any customer experience like emailing us as she was en route so we knew her ETA, taking the car to a local car wash before she brought it to us (with an extra wash
included!) and taking the time to explaining in great detail all the “bells and whistles” of my new to us car while in my driveway. Thanks again!

Great experience , thanks to the easy process with Dylan Mcinnis @ Ron macgillvray gmc, as I was buying out of province, Dylan made the process super easy, vehicle was ready when I arrived from NB to pick up my new vehicle. Good evening. I would like to let you know that during the process of buying my new truck at your dealership my experience with your salesperson Paige was great. It was a Saturday afternoon near closing time and we went for a test drive and she explained all of the features that this high country truck had to offer. We arrived back to the dealership and she took the time to review the numbers and before I left we had a deal made. It was a couple of weeks before I could get back to antigonish to pick up the truck but Paige stayed in contact with me. The day I picked up the truck she had all the paperwork ready to be signed and it only took a half hour or so. Then she went over all of the features the truck had to offer again to make sure that I left without any questions.
