Luxury Villas Pinilla

We had the most wonderful experience at Casa Savana last March! Mariam and her team were exceptional and super helpful in planning everything for us - from surf lessons airport transfers, car rental, restaurant reservations to many fun family excursions! Def 5+ stars!!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group vacation. The outdoor space is amazing for dinners, lounging in the shade under the canopy, a dip in the pool, and the slide is a must! Alejandra made us delicious breakfasts every morning, including an authentic Costa Rican one, and took excellent care of keeping the house in order. Our concierge, Mariam, was incredible. She was responsive and took care of all of our needs during our vacation which made it all the more relaxing. From rides to excursions to recommendations for meals, she handled everything and made sure our stay was everything we wanted. I highly recommend this house and booking through Stay in Tamarindo for your visit.

Casa Costa Blanca was the perfect place for our extended family to stay for our week in Costa Rica. The service provided by Mariam, Yani and the rest of the team was top notch. If Mariam was not available to answer questions her co workers were happy to help to accommodate the requests of our group. A few tips for staying at the house: If you have outside transportation arranged through someone other than staytamarindo make sure the information is given to Mariam so she or her team can relay the info to the guard gate well ahead of time. There is a fee to use the beach club at hacienda pinilla but it will then be used as a credit towards any food/drinks from the club, also bring towels to the club as there are none provided there. The pool and the view at the house are amazing, our family of 18 enjoyed playing/relaxing at the house just as much as we enjoyed exploring.

We stayed at the Villa de Bosque with my family and my husband's sister's family. The layout of the house was perfect for our group of 8. Each room had its own bathroom and then another bathroom off of the kitchen. Big beds felt spacious and everyone felt like they had their own space. The outdoor living area made the house feel much bigger, too. It felt awesome to go do pilates every morning out on the deck by the pool. Mariam and her team made sure everything was perfect and took very good care of us. When I needed a last minute ride to the Liberia airport, she arranged for a car very quickly and took care of all the details. Their service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend Stay in Tamarindo to book your travel to the Tamarindo area. We loved Hacienda Pinilla and being able to access the Beach Club was a huge plus for us.

We had the absolute best time here on our vacation! The team at Stay In Tamarindo was amazing and really made our trip special. We booked several excursions with them and each one was great. Their staff are very knowledgable and and really care about making your experience a good one. Elsa was our concierge and she went above and beyond for us! We will be coming back to this company next time we make it to Costa Rica :)

Villa Uana is my dream home. Everything about it was wonderful, inside and out. The outside with 2 pools provides a great place to gather and enjoy the beautiful weather. The inside has everything a luxury home needs right down to the Housemother Diana(who cooks, cleans, does laundry) all very discretely. also our personal Concierge Elsa makes everything possible with restaurant reservations, tour reservations, rental car and golfcart reservation's, anything you require from an experienced Concierge. I wish I could bring it all home with me, the house Diana and Elsa. I can't forget to mention the Beach Club. No need to go anywhere else it has it all here.

Casa Deacanza was a beautiful villa and luxurious in every sense of the word. Security was top notch and the staff was wonder. Elsa and Xiomara made our stay extremely comfortable. Xiomara made most delicious Costa Rican breakfasts. Elsa was paramount in organizing our transport and tours. Our experience made for the ultimate girl’s trip. Great team all around, from our drivers yo our guides.

Casa Guayacan was even more spectacular than the pictures depicted and that is hard to do. We had a wonderful stay. Location provides very easy access to the Beach Club and surf spots and relatively close access to Tamarindo town. Concierge service was incredibly helpful and responsive and Mari's housekeeping services were a welcome bonus. Adding Chef Luis Dinarte to the experience is a must. We are big foodies and Chef Luis did not disappoint! Thank you for a wonderful vacation and experience. Pura Vida!

This house is located in a gated community about a 20 minute drive from Tamarindo. The pool and outdoor space are absolute perfection. The house is large and well maintained. While the beach is not great for swimming we had a great time snorkeling during low tide and there are many good surf and swim beaches near by. We loved the housekeeping staff who took very good care of us and Mariam was very responsive to all of our crazy requests for excursions, dinner reservations. Thanks for a great stay.

Casa Orchidea in the Hacienda Pinilla is one of the most elegant and peaceful places I have ever stayed. Two stories of pure class and comfort that can house 5 families or 5 people in total comfort. The staff waits on you hand and foot and makes you feel like there is no one else at the resort. One phone call, text message or email and I had everything from White water river rafting, top notch chef service or just a ride to the pharmacy. When not if I go back to Costa Rica I would not stay anywhere else. I would like to personally thank Elsa Verges for taking care of me and my guest. She is a class act and a solution maker. I couldn't of been happier having her as my contact while on vacation.

We held our wedding and stayed at Casa Costa Blanca in Hacienda Pinilla for 1 week with 20 people. Everything was wonderful!! The house was even more beautiful in person, and the sunsets from the beach were amazing! We rented golf carts which were a great way to get to the beach club and from there we could walk to Lola’s, I recommend visiting both. Mariam and the rest of the staff were amazing. We had a few small issues with a fridge and AC and everything was taken care of right away! I would definitely recommend this rental and Stay in Tamarindo.

Elsa and her crew do a great job. We stayed at Casa Palma and it was an amazing house. Had everythig we needed and Super Clean and the service was incredible! 5 Stars!

The house was luxurious indeed! We stayed at Casa Bonita beach! Every room was beautiful and even though the Casita had a little issue it was taken care of very quickly. The pool,the lighting, the decor and layout of the home as well as the housmum was amazing! It was perfect for our special celebration!

My closest friends and I just returned from vacation here, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire community, but especially our personal concierge, Mariam. Our house was absolutely beautiful and perfect. We cannot wait to visit again soon. Thank you for top-notch service in every way.

We absolutely loved staying at Villa Olas! Our family of 9 stayed here for a week and loved that it was clean, spacious, well kept, and had all the amenities our family needed (and those amazing windows...wow!). The pool at the property was peaceful and beautiful. The property managers, Elsa and Mariam, were responsive, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed (including the great grocery delivery service)! The app they provided was the best thing I've ever seen and had everything we needed to know about check in and out, local restaurants, attractions, beaches, and driving directions. We would 100% stay here again, especially if we could work with these 2 ladies again. Pura Vida!

We had the most amazing experience at Casa Costa Blanca- it blew my expectations out of the water! From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with amazing service by the staff to maintain the house, wash laundry and cook us AMAZING/authentic Costa Rican breakfast... it was something out of a dream! The house, outdoor area- pool/palapa and beach were impeccable. There was even outdoor speakers/a grill which made hanging outside all day/night a treat! We can’t thank Stay in Tamarindo enough- we appreciate everything from Mariam, Gaby, Rosa and Marvin, the onsite team! Our wedding took place here too during our stay... An experience our family, friends and my new husband will treasure forever. Pura vida!

Pinilla is wonderful and Miriam at Stay In Tamarindo is a superstar. Great personality and attitude and incredibly helpful and organized. She made our family trip wonderful - can’t say enough positive things about Miriam!

Our Stay at Hacienda Pinilla, couldn't have been better. Everything was great! Beautiful property with great accommodations, with a very friendly staff. Delicious daily Breakfast was included with our stay. Breathtaking beach with Lava rock formations..highly recommend taking photos at sunset.

This is an amazing house. Very clean and spacious. Its even better than the pictures. The hosts are very responsive and were very helpful with anything we needed while there. You won't find a better experience anywhere.
