Great place with yummy vegan options! I had the vegan burrito which was great and filling. Prices are very reasonable especially considering that it is beach front and gorgeous location! Coconut water is absolutely delicious too (ask for a small spoon to dig up the coconut flesh!). Service was friendly and kind and faster than most places in the area. Definitely recommend!

Delicious lunch, plenty of options to cater for all diets including vegetarian and vegan. The place is on the beach with great ocean view! Nice welcome, we had the Latino bowl, the burrito Latino and the mushroom nuggets tacos (vegan).

The food was delicious and the staff were incredible. I’m gluten free and we were excited to find this place. We ordered the Nugget Tacos and the Falafel Salad. Both dishes tasted amazing. And we shared a cheesecake for dessert which was also great! Their cocktails are hand-crafted and amazing. We’ll definitely be back!!

Plenty of very tasty vegan option just in front of the beach with friendly staff and nice music and a very creative menu. If you are tired of the Gallo Pinto this is the place to go!

We went twice once during the day and another time during the evening and it was always amazing!

We tried the salad bowl the burrito and the vegan tacos the first time and the second time we tried the vegan salmon toast on a bed of vegan cream cheese and Mama Mia it hit the spot! 🔥🚒🧯

The drinks are also very tasty especially the maracuya juice and the butterfly limonade 🍹

There is a lot of gringos in this spot many french speakers and everyone is so very nice! 😊

The only small improvement might only be to add more fans as it can get very hot in there especially when very busy!

Anyway if you are still hesitating vegeterian vegan or meat eater go there I promise you ll be more than happy!

This is the quintessential beach bar. You literally have to walk on the beach to get here. The views are great, the food delicious and the draft craft beer options are excellent. We keep returning here because we haven't found a better place to go. Highly recommended!

Escape the hustle and bustle of the town and eat/drink here with THE best view in town. The coffee is right up there (even offering cows milk in a vegan restaurant). We had the falafel bowl which was scrummy and just enough for two. The best bit, the service… always helpful and with a smile.

Delicious food, best view in town, amazing cocktails. I eat here a minimum of 1 times a week. There is nothing else like it in Puerto Viejo.

One of the nicest places in puerto viejo, atmosphere is amazing, the view of the sea is phenomenal and the service is excellent. The place is vegetarian and hasloads of vegan and veggie options, they also cater for allergies and have gluten free options and their food is healthy and not covered in oil. Highly recommended.

We stopped here for lunch and very much enjoyed the margaritas, yucca patties topped with pickled onions and avocado, as well as veggies packed burrito.

One of our favorite places to get healthy vegan food on our vacation! The view is what we came for but kept coming back for more of those delicious smoothies and falafel bowls! The service is very kind and will speak English if needed. Highly recommend!!

This was our second experience eating here. Great atmosphere on the sea front with a park locally for children to play. Everything we ate was delicious and it was great to meet bob and hear his story. Thank you for a wonderful experience and memory of Puerto Viejo.

Great spot right on the beach to watch the sunset. And if you have kids even better. I took my son here and he was able to jump in the water just a few feet away with the dozen or so other kids and play. The food and drinks here are amazing. I am not vegan but if you are they have some amazing options.The nachos are great. They even have ice cream and sweets or coffee if you prefer. This place is fairly new (a few years old) so they have a great modern and open floor plan. They have wifi and I have seen several people working while having a drink or grabbing food. The best seats up front go fast so get there early. The most popular time seems to be at sunset. I will say the food (imo) is more of a lite fare. So you will probably need to grab something later but definitely a great place to relax and get the best of both worlds, beach and restaurant.

We went back to this place several times during our stay in Costa Rica. It was a great escape from the usual Caribbean food, offering delicious vegetarian and vegan options. The menu had plenty of tasty choices, and their juices were a must-try. We enjoyed our meal while admiring the beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we would rate our experience a perfect 5 stars.

I had a wonderful experience at this vegan restaurant! The staff was excellent and provided friendly service. The flavors of the dishes were well-balanced, and the owner was extremely kind and helpful. The prices were very reasonable, and the portions were both delicious and generous.

Absolutely wonderful staff, the best views of the ocean and delicious healthy vegan and vegetarian choices ( for a change).
