Sibu Café

I don't know where to start. The coffee is delicious. The food is fresh, creative and wonderfully presented. The service is personal and attentive. Don't come here if you're in a hurry as you'd be missing out on so much of the magic that is Sibu. I will be thinking of so many of these amazing flavors for months to come as I long to return.

We had two GREAT breakfasts at Sibu. The food was of fantastic quality and presented beautifully. Our server both times, David, was so wonderful and kind. He really went above and beyond with service, from his recommendations, offering to take a photo for our family, and having such a sweet manner. I highly recommend!

We love both Sibu locations but the one on the Escaleras mountain is at a higher level :). The Vandola & Chemex coffee methods are a dream for coffee snobs and so hard to find in this area. There are a few new menue items here on the hill and today we had the gluten free omelet which was honestly the best I've had in quite some time. Our server Alice is a gem! Today, the WiFi was 8/8, not as good as it usually is but still workable. Yesterday at the original Sibu in Uvita it was 93/7! To the digital nomad community reading this, if you're sitting for a while, keep the orders coming, not only to help our local businesses during these tough times but also to demonstrate it's wise to cater to the nomad crowd. We work, we earn and we spend. Thank you, Sibu, for being awesome! (photo shown is from a prior visit).

Charming open air restaurant! The food is FANTASTIC and the staff even better. We stayed right down the road so went there almost every day of our vacation and enjoyed every meal!

Just wooow! I would recommend this place if you like extremely good and well tasty coffee and lunch. Their eggs Benedicte is to die for. Many gluten-free and lactose free options. The staff are always there to help you and to have a little chat. My favorite place 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Endroit vraiment sympa. L'accueil est chaleureux, la cuisine est bonne pour un prix très abordable. Environ 5000 colonnes pour un plat. Les gens qui y travaillent sont sympathiques et souriants.
