Heredia, Nicolás Ulloa Soto Central Park

A beautiful park centrally located!!! It was a Pokemon Community Day so there were a ton of fabulous folks out and about!!! Wonderful options for food, tattoos and souvenirs!!!

This is a very beautiful park with a Spanish built church that dates back to the 1700's. There's all kinds of stores and shops surrounding the perimeter of the park. These include shops and restaurants. In addition, there are several buildings with historical value, the" casa de la cultura de Heredia" which is a small art museum dedicated to Heredia art. A lot of cultural events held during the weekends including concerts. Very safe for tourists lots of security and police camera monitoring. Family atmosphere. Nights be more careful.

Very nice park, about half the benches are in the shade, there are some very attractive trees and flowers, and this park is very well maintained

What a beautiful park. The surrounding shops are busy, but nothing like the barely-contained chaos that is downtown San Jose. My Spanish sucks on toast, but everybody was patient as I bumbled through it. Thanks, Heredia, for being a cool city.

Excellent, it was nice to seat around for a while, enjoy the doves, tree's wonderful shades, see people walking around, and just over all how everything starts going back to normal after a year of this CV-19, Covid 19.

Fun free festival at park when i was there. There was actually set up seating for the public under a covered awning do thst they can enjoy the live programming and events while there. Children's play area and nice picnic tables and seats throughout park for public use. Beautiful old architect around the park. Clean park!

Small little Park area with culture and history landmarks in Heredia. Great little town away from busy San Jose. Easy to get to by can or Uber. Food and shopping. Great place to spend a few hours or a day.

Love this park, its huge, lots of places to rest, next to the church and various other locales. A good place to take a break while running errands.

Pretty calm green park to relax. Clean and Heredia's community arrange a lot of cultural activities at night. Must visit.
