We cycled past this little shop by chance to have our lunch and were not disappointed!
We enjoyed some excellent smoothie bowls, batidos and a special mention for the eggs benedict! The best I've ever had!
The staff were lovely and accommodating to our preferences. I 100% recommend this place, where you can relax in a lovely garden :)

I wish I had one of these back home in Amsterdam. Seriously good.

A bit pricey and the food does take it's time to come, but worth it I think.

We really loved this place. We stopped after a surf session at Punta Uva and the woman waiting on us had just been out surfing! Cool vibe here.

We had the Eggs Benedict which were both amazing. The boy had a smoothie bowl which was also spectacular. I know I'm throwing big words around, but they are deserved...

One of those meals you will dream of for years to come. We had the eggs Benedict and the huevos rancheros, both great. Also the lemonade with mint was amazing and didn't even need sugar. If you are looking for a non traditional breakfast with new flavor combinations this place can't be beat (especially the Benedict). Had other good breakfasts in the area, but this was a culinary experience. Note like most places in the area this place is on "island time" and does take a while, but be patient...it is worth the wait.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone visiting the area. The owners & staff are very kind. I assume they make their own bread and it is *chefs kiss* delicious. I recommend the Mint Lemonade, it is very refreshing. All their ingredients are fresh and made with love. I got the Fishwich -substituted the fish for chicken- and it was the best sandwich I’ve had in Costa Rica. The Yucca fries are also so so good. If you are around, please give them a visit. You won’t have fresher or better food.

This place is magnificent. my partner and I ordered the Eggs Benedict and a chocolate cake. I would also post a picture of the cake but by the time I was even thinking about taking a picture it was 2/3 gone. The Benedict was so big and beautifully prepared. I forgot the it was called Eggs Benedict, as I was cutting through the layers I hit the hidden egg and it was running down like a Volcano from the middle. The ingredients are high quality and the sweet bread at the bottom adds to the the flavour palette.

A true gem in Manzanillo.

The food was gorgeous. Fresh investments and really fulfilling. The prices are definitely on the more expensive side but the portions were big enough. Also the staff is very kind and made us feel at home 🫶🏼

The people who run this restaurant are top tier, and it's reflected in the quality of the food and ambience.

The smoothies are so fresh and satisfying, it's unreal. The baked goods are mouth-watering, and I've never had a more unusual and delicious eggs Benedict. One of the coolest things about this place was the use of the blue pea flowers that grow on site - gorgeous, edible, and super beneficial for your health.

If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and have multiple meals here. I'm only sorry I wasn't around longer to try more menu items. Can't wait to visit again!

On a "bro-cation" away from it all (our wives actually let us), we found Augustina, Noel, Caida, Mafi, and crew all working while smiling & enjoying themselves making friends and AMAZING and colorful and tasty dishes. The omelettes and french toast are my favorites, but I tried something new every visit as their cozy cool spot was just a few minutes walk from where we stayed--- so we made Tambie's our morning place! So impressive what these young Argentines have done & with their energy and love. We miss their charm and food & drinks!

Agree with everything already posted here. Spectacular food that tastes better than it looks, and it is beautiful to the eye. Kind, creative, and generous hosts who glow with their enthusiasm for cookery and hospitality. Kept “meaning” to try it out having read reviews here and couldn’t believe we waited till our last morning once we experienced this gem.

Incredible! Flavorful fresh food & drinks with very accommodating people. Delicious vegan options as well. We happened upon it riding bikes and so glad we found this place!

The food was so delicious and the staff so kind and attentive! It is a little place with seating in the back and the best eggs Benedict on yucca fries. I will definitely be back!

I had breakfast there every morning coz my place was close from it. And what I can say is that the staff is super friendly and the food is really good! And especially the juice!

What is really nice about this place is that it’s a local one. Every morning you have all the local people coming here to get their pastries and I think that is really nice to experience the local way of life of Manzanillo.

Pastries are also really good! Of course don’t expect French pastries, we are in Costa Rica!! But it was definitely worth the price!!

Everything from entering the restaurant was impeccable. Warm service, excellent choice of menu, beautiful surroundings, and a warm welcome.
The choice of food is happiness and the eggs Benedict in particular was off the scale, and easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a very long. highly recommended.

best egg benedict i ever ate, just amazing! the staff was really friendly. plan enough time, it takes a while until it's ready but it's absolutely worth it!

I have been spoilt as l have been staying within walking distance from this incredible cafe for 2 weeks! Augustine and her partner & his brother pour their heart and soul into this cafe, everything on the menu is made daily, the quality of the food is comparable to anything l have had in Italy or France, the 3 types of eggs benedict will blow your mind, l recommend them all! The bread, pastries and pizza they bake are all delicious and l'm addicted to the coffee with home made coconut milk!!
Seriously the best food and with a bus stop opposite so easy to get too or an easy bike ride from nearby towns!

Such a positive place and the best way to start into your Manzanillo adventure. They put a lot of love into their desayuno and have a super friendly service. Smoothie and coffee and cinnamon bun and eggs with avocado, everything really, really, really good. Gracias ♥

one of the best meals I’ve had in Costa Rica! I don’t think that impossible or any artificial meat compares with a genuinely plant based burger. Natural And simplistic beats all! This was the Best vegan burger ever. *(the bite in the picture was me)
