Unexpectedly beautiful. We stayed in # 6. It was perfect for our large group. Be prepared to go up/down many stairs.

Wonderful place to stay - just remote enough! Lots of stairs up to the rooms, though - not a place if you have restricted mobility. Nice just to hang around. Restaurant is basic but good enough.

Excellent place to enjoy with the family. Try the fountain of youth and dont forget to zip line.

Hided in the forest, crossed by a river, surrounded by all the nature you will find this paradise. The place is plenty of activities for keeping you amazed in adventures all day. On site restaurant with good food. The best attraction is the river; they have made several natural pools around the whole property, so you can find your preferred spot.

For an ecotourism destination, there is no place better than this. The food is awesome and people are nice. Just make sure the bring some good repellent, as the noseeums ate us alive!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and the experience was wonderful! A website said they only had one room available so I called after making the reservation; they were generous enough to give us a free upgrade to their honeymoon suite. Once we arrived, the service was great! Clean location, kind people and good food at decent prices. We hope to stay there again some time.

One of the most beautiful places I ever have been. Real Eco Paradise

Really amazing place, we were lucky to some extent there were few tourists there so it felt like it was almost just for us. The place is amazing artistically and it's nice to explore the different levels and paths and pools.

We like to get away from the resorts, so my wife and I rented a car for a week. We ended up in Miches and talked to some friendly locals that highly recommended this spot for a few beers and a refreshing swim.

It was fantastic if you want to get away from the tourist trap areas of DR. All natural rock formed into small pools. We paid roughly $10 in CDN funds for a day pass that included parking. Wish we would have arrived earlier in the day to take advantage of the entire property. Would definitely rent a room and spend a few days next time were traveling in that area of DR.

Excellent place to spend a day (or three). Had an absolute blast with my family. Went kayaking in the mangroves, hiking and enjoyed a great meal at their restaurant. All the necessary COVID prevention measures were taken. Friendly staff and a great integration with nature make this place worth a second visit (or sixth).

Absolutely loved the whole experience. The rooms, the pools, the food, the tours, the service were all awesome. One of a kind experience but not once in a lifetime as we will definitely come back again.

We honeymooned here and thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay. We went on a cave tour guided by Juan Carlos, who did a wonderful job sharing the history of the petroglyphs. The hotel itself is very unique, you're right in the forest.

Had an amazing stay here a few years ago. With close access to the mangroves, kayaks and boat tours to see the bay. Really secluded and quaint spot.

Awesome, great place, wonderful cozy and safe for family trips, quick service, local tasteful delicious food, and such an average price, the road is kinda far but worth the experience, has an amazing view from the top, and plenty of beautiful spaces

Amazing Eco Hotel

Paraiso Cano Hondo in Los Haitises National Park is an authentic eco hotel, amazing views, great personnel, lot of pools and waterfalls, delicious food and more!!! You can get there by car, it's like 2.5h from the Capital City.

Great cozy hotel. Do not expect too much from it, basic food and service, but very nice rooms, craved in the real stone.

I wasn't expecting much about this place but I was delighted by the place, even though is not a really big place it is really worth the time, the food here was amazingly good, and the water was as cold as the one you drink at 3am after an sleep paralysis, really fricking good experience, I hope that you can have a great time as well.

Really this is one of the best places I have visited, it is a super cozy place, with beautiful nature, It has a beautiful view, and with very good service.
