Cueva de la Lechuza Ceniza

This is a nice cave. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. This car is large with a high ceiling and has some old Taino petroglyphs inside. The cave isn’t very dark and it has a slippery, muddy floor. The cave is a couple do hundred feet long and there’s a natural skylight at the end. This cave is reachable by boat, and there’s a short hiking trail through the jungle from the dock to the cave. I gave this cave five stars because it’s a large cave in a beautiful area.

A wonderful hike into nature away from the cities. It was fun hiking through the jungle but we only had enough time to go to one cave. There are tour guides that want you to pay 2000 pesos to take you in. The trail is clearly visible so any experienced hiker would know the way. There is a long dirt road you need to drive down to get to the park though.
