I just spent 2 nights and all good. Room is clean, hot shower is good, the staff is ok I didnt witness any hard sell or bad manner.

Location is good, just right at Luxor temple and infront of valley of the kings so u can see the hot airballoon. And just 5mins walk from Train station.

To me it’s good value hotel to stay in Luxor.

Overal Good Stay and Location

The lift, amenities and location are very nice. I got double bed on request and window opened to beautiful view of nile and luxor temple.
The bazar is downstairs and restaurants and convenience store are down.
The corniche, museum and ease of transportation is good.
Almost all taxis knows about susanna
Staff was friendly

Dislikes:
Breakfast wasn't worth it. If its included in price, then okay.
It is not worth to pay for.
Like rooms and other facilities, the hotel needs serious makeover for breakfast quality and arrangements.
The room was smaller than advertised

In the heart of Luxor, looking over to the Luxor Temple. The receptionists are friendly, always helping; and the room service is very good. The rooms are more likely to be 5 Star rooms. The hotel is near the market where the locals buy whatever they want: food, garments, accessories etc. The hotel is also ONE street away from the train station and the GO Bus station. This means you can walk for something like 5 minutes to get there from the hotel

Enjoyed my stay. Simple and closed to a number of attractions

Good location, great beds, warm water, nice people working there and not expensive. We had room 509 with a balcony overlooking Luxor temple and the sfinx alley... priceless view. Housekeeping is good and very funny with surprising us each day with decorations. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing experience here! Beautiful rooftop pool and views. Price is great for budget and super central to everything. Breakfast included too, and its a bit better than your average complimentary breakfast in Egypt.
