Very impressed! Booked via Jet2 and for the price we paid very happy indeed!

The staff were extremely helpful and attentive extremely clean hotel set in beautiful grounds. Really good food in all the restaurants and a superb cocktail bar!

The pools were a highlight especially with something always going on. The bedrooms were clean but no frills we weren’t too taken on the twin beds pushed together to make a huge double but it was fine. Also it was nice you could use the other sister hostels facilities.

Will definitely be back and highly recommended.

We really loved the hotel and all its wonderful facilities. I thoroughly enjoyed the aqua fit & water activities. We noticed there was plenty for children to do too. The entertainment team were also amazing in every activity, either encouraging us to join in and letting us know about the evening shows. All of which were fantastic from the circus, variety show & best of all singing along with the ABBA tribute band! All the staff everywhere were happy & helpful, truly every service was second to none. Whether it was making an enquiry at reception or staff in the restaurants, the staff were absolutely the different that made the difference to our stay. The only point to say, is that on arrival it would be good to direct us to the interactive map downstairs near the bar lobby, as I found it difficult to use the app on my phone. Thank you all so much for a wonderful, relaxing holiday.

The hotel and everything about it is fantastic. The junior suite was large with great views of mountains, sea and pool. All the staff were helpful, made the whole experience very enjoyable, provided superb service and worked hard to keep it clean and tidy. The food was good with enough variety to satisfy everyones taste.

We stayed for a week over New Year. This was our second holiday here and we really enjoyed it. The food and drinks options were great. New Year's Eve was a real treat. The Kid's Club was brilliant. Erica and the Team were wonderful. So kind and caring with the children. Our daughter especially loved the mini disco every evening!

Our little family of 3 (Mum, Dad and 6 year old daughter) came for 5 days in March and had an absolutely wonderful time. Ava loved the kid's club and made loads of friends. The food was great and the facilities perfect. We'll be back!

Both myself and my partner are wheelchair users and I have to say the service we received from these guys was incredible. It was clear we had been ear-marked as it were. They could not do more for us. In terms of the place itself it's a big place like a little village almost. Which Is both good and bad. Good because there's a lot of space and gardens etc which makes for a pleasant experience. Bad because it's not very well sign-posted, therefore it takes a while to get your bearings. Also depending on where your room is you can be some way from the pool. That being said if your able bodied there's separate steps that allow for quicker access. If not and your far away it's a bit of a nightmare to get to. Also the snack bar near the pool isn't accessible if you're in a chair (or if it is not sure how and nobody seems to be able to advise) food wise. I don't think you can complain. It only ads around £160 for all inclusive. So it's worth it for drinks alone. Rooms are fine a little dated but fine. Location is a bit remote which I guess is why there's restaurants on site. However, they are mostly buffet (apart from when serving mains) which Is a bit odd. Some more table service would be ideal. Will I go back? Yes because it's not that expensive in reality there's plenty of choice. Is it Michelin Star? No... But people expect too much it's a business if you want that fine cuisine go 5* I guess. There's a lot of stuff going on for kids too.

Just Returned from a week long stay at this hotel, It was most relaxing & entertaining experience. The services at this hotel are near top notch which makes up for little tiredness in room decor.Its kept exceptionally clean & has got round the clock service for snacks & drinks.

The team at Kids club of Hotel is outstanding , Erica , Pablo & team go out of way to make sure kids are comfortable & engaged.

There is limited Vegetarian choices but we were able to always find something to eat else margarita pizza was excellent, The theme menu was little varied from one to other but its same we have seen in other places as well.Overall there was plenty of choices & something for every one.

We tried Mexican , Asian & Italian restaurants . While Asian & Italian restaurant were good, We found Mexican to be excellent.

one of the pool is heated & all the action was here, It was comfortable enough for kids to enjoy.

We normally do not return to same facility but would make exception for this thanks to kids club & overall experience.

The staff at this hotel are amazing, 10/10 everyone I met I was super friendly. The food was very good quality for every meal of every day. Themed food nights added extra to an already very varied menu and the option to eat at 4 on site restaurants i felt were not needed. The kids club that my children attended for a couple of days was being run by a fantastic team that really made the kids feel included, despite the children all speaking different languages. Entertainment team also doing a fantastic job pool side.

I enjoyed it so much I looked at rebooking the day I got home.

Amazing resort with possibly the best AI food we have ever had. We were a group of 11 and every single person was more than satisfied. Fresh, flavoursome and lots to choose from, really cant be beaten. The AI drinks were flowing and the wine and beer was better than we have some other stays. The lunch at the pool bar was so fresh and delicious that we were happy to eat there each of our 9 days without getting bored. The al la carte inclusions are fantastic, in particular the Asian and the Steak however the Italian was underwhelming. The rooms are large, AC works great and the beds are really comfortable. My only two slight downers were the temperature changed a bit whilst in the shower, but not enough for me to actually complain about it and the single toilet cubicle at the pool bar, there's definitely plenty of space around the side to build more in the future though. The heated main pool was great and allowed our kids to play until the sun was going down and the infinity pool was gorgeous. The daytime activities were great fun for the kids and adults alike. The lobby bar shuts at 11pm on the dot but you can get beer (only) from the snack bar upstairs or pay extra in the kareoke bar. We are already talking about returning next year as it was truly a great hotel with lovely staff.

Great hotel resort with everything you need on site. No real need to venture out. Very clean, friendly staff. Great selection of food and drinks. Nice entertainment.
Good sized room, typical Spanish resort type. Simple but clean and comfortable.
Andrea was super at Zumba, and we enjoyed water polo!
Would be delighted to come back

Fantastic hotel, spotlessly clean. Staff so helpful and all so friendly. Entertainment team are fantastic and work so hard. Would definitely come back. Hotel a little out of the way but shuttles are great if you want to go out

This hotel has been fabulous, the entertainment has been great, food has been brilliant the buffet was changed every night so it didn’t feel as though you were always eating the same things but kept the staples incase there was nothing you fancied. The drinks were great. The room was always cleaned amazingly. Only disappointment was that the grill restaurant was fully booked for the week when we checked in so maybe if you can book the restraints before arriving this would be a good idea. Lovely staff couldn’t do enough for you.

Just got back from 5 nights here and my first visit to Tenerife. Really impressed with this hotel. The staff couldn't do enough to help, really clean and a great atmosphere. 2 kids aged 15 and 11 loved the pools and the all-inclusive! Will probably rebook for next year.

Kids club staff were amazing, Martha in particular was great!
Range of food available 24/7 so great for the kids. Overall hotel can do with an update as rooms are quite basic but all very clean.
Have already booked again.

This is the second time we have been to this hotel. We absolutely love it. We an an 8 year old autistic daughter who likes to know where we are going and what we will be doing. The location is wonderful. Short transfer time (25 mins by car). Lovely pools. Friendly staff. Lovely friendly cats. We will be back again in October :)

This place is amazing. The complex is huge with plenty of space / loungers around the pool, lots to do with a fantastic entertainment team to keep everyone busy day and night! Food is outstanding from breakfast, to snack bar, to the evening buffet and speciality restaurants. Staff are so friendly and welcoming, and can’t do enough for you! All in all, a perfect holiday!!!

Just returned from a great week here. Okay, so it is a little out from las americas etc (and that could be considered good or bad depending on one's perspective) but personally I felt the location was the better for it.
Once there though we found there was no real need to leave as the food was great and the 'village' had excellent amenities.
The most outstanding thing for me however was the staff. I've been to a lot of places over the years (and worked in hospitality for 20 years) and I must say from reception through to the ground staff; everyone took a real pride in their work and were literally all really friendly and professional. The most consistently high standard of service I've ever come across in a hotel. Highly recommend.

This is our third time back at this hotel as a group of 19 including 9 children ranging from age 3 to 9. We've loved every minute. The staff are fantastic from those working in the restaurants to the entertainment staff. In particular the kids club staff are second to none. Its been lovely to see Erica this year again and having her remember our children from last year was extra special. They all loved her again this year constantly gravitating towards her. Highly recommend this hotel

We are back for the second time this year and absolutely love it here. The staff are so friendly and attentive - nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms, receptions, restaurants, toilets and all surrounding areas are kept very clean and staff are always around maintaining it. The food is also fantastic. My 2 year old daughter has several food allergies and the restaurants catered to her without any issues. When we arrived we were given an allergy card which we were able to show the staff before ordering/selecting food for her. If that isn’t enough reason to visit this hotel, the entertainment and kids club are absolutely fantastic. Sarah deserves a special mention as she was great with my 4 year old son who is usually very shy. Within minutes, he was playing away and having a great time - even asking to go back every day. She learns all the kids names and makes them feel welcome and brings out the best in them. They have loads of activities and there is something for everyone. The mini disco was also a big hit and the nightly appearance from the monkey or parrot was a highlight for my 2 year old. I’m confident we will be back again soon!
