We are currently in the middle of our stay at Hard Rock Tenerife and having the most epic, amazing time! The rooms and large and clean, the staff are SO awesome, the music is great. Big shout out to our server at the lobby bar Will who helped us with our Spanish today. Totally charming. Can't wait to come back and bring the kids next time (maybe). Thank you HRH!!!

Wonderful stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. Staff was amazing and friendly looking after everyone so well. The weather was fab and 3 pools to choose from made it so relaxing. Music entertainment everywhere and we enjoyed the live performances. Sunset on the 16th cocktail bar was also special. Wonderful anniversary and birthday week.

My family and I had the most incredible vacation at Hard Rock Tenerife on December 12, 2023. We stayed in room 10121, a deluxe Silver category room, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The breakfasts were sumptuous, and the heated pools, both for children and adults, added an extra layer of enjoyment to our holiday. The level of service we received was outstanding, and we were particularly grateful for the support provided by Manager Maria at the reception. Her assistance with all our inquiries truly enhanced our stay.

Moreover, our room had a spacious balcony with a breathtaking ocean view, adding a touch of tranquility and beauty to our stay.

We are wholeheartedly satisfied with our time at Hard Rock Tenerife and can't wait to return for another memorable vacation. Many thanks to the entire team for making our stay so exceptional.

I recently stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in Tenerife, and it exceeded all expectations. The room was nothing short of amazing with breathtaking views. The facilities were top-notch and food is amazing. However, what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding staff with a special note to Myriam. Their genuine friendliness and attentiveness made our stay. We have enjoyed it so much we have decided to come back on September its been a 10/10.

myself and the mrs booked a gold suite room with a side sea view for the week. i have to say it has been one of the best holiday experiences i have had. first of all the staff and service was incredible when ever we sat down anywhere within 2 minutes i was asked if i would like to order a drink. the staff are very friendly from the front desk, to waiting staff to staff in the shops inside the hotel. Room was very clean and housekeeping did an amazing job keeping it clean throughout our stay. this was a pricey holiday however i would definitely do it all again given the quality of the service and facilities. the location of the hotel is in a quiet area, shops are close by however the beach near the hotel is very pebbly and if your looking for a lot of night life this isn’t the location i would recommend other than that it is a perfect relaxing location with loads to do inside the hotel.

Very nice stay here. To be honest any review I give will be biased because we needed a holiday so bad we would have been this grateful for a place half as good. That said, objectively the hotel is very well designed and all the staff were fantastic. You pay over the odds for beer and food of course because of the name, but you can always get that over the road at the supermarket and they don't care if you sit by the pool with your own stuff. Definitely would come back here, there's a really nice atmosphere too. Also there's entertainment every night in the main foyer with genuinely talented singers and musicians. The 9 year old absolutely loved that.

Maria at reception was exceptional. Sorted a 10/10 room for us on arrival which was an upgrade from the original one we booked.
Maria’s customer service is on point, she went above and beyond and looked after us very well. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel because of the service.

The best resort in this area with amazing view, pool, service and many activities. My family enjoyed every single minute here.
They have kids club where you can keep your child( one place for kids above 10 with many games and activities, another place for kids under 10), 4 beautiful pools, rooftop bar with amazing view and drinks. They have gas heating to make you feel warm on the rooftop.
Breakfast was good, dinner buffet i expected a little more choice but still ok. Staffs was so friendly.

The breakfast at floor 15. Was the very best service and preferable to the buffet so is a strong recommendation if you are booking with this facility it’s Small less crowded and more personal with good quality, hot breakfast and pastries served very quickly.
The highlight of the trip was the excursion to the mountains again booked through Rock royalty Reception A full day out, but well worth it on a coach, visiting some spectacular sites up in the volcano This varied the beach pool holiday very nicely. Another highlight was superb service poolside by angel and Joe Who provided us with A private cabana, which was well worth the minimum spend as it had a private plunge pool and separate private area where we could enjoy the pool facilities as well as a quiet area to relax.
The staff at the hard rock were all very very pleasant. Very polite and made our stay very enjoyable. The Rock royalty upgrade is well worth it, when considering the private breakfast and the larger rooms and Personal, reception with separate check-in, making it feel a little more Bespoke All in all the value of this holiday was the very best one, compare it with other trips in Europe

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. We were given an upgraded room by Marie on reception, her customer service , efficiency and knowledge was excellent. The room was spectacular. The hotel is amazing. The outside space is brilliant. Lots of steps though.
We stayed bed and breakfast, and were quite glad we did. We weren’t impressed with the food at breakfast so decided to eat out on an evening. Found some wonderful places around the hotel in very close walking distance. Rooftop bar was brilliant too.

Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is of really high quality, the food is lovely and the options of pools is unmatched. My kids were desperate to go to the kids clubs everyday. We enjoyed the Splash Pool Bar and Conrad really made our time here feel special. He offered great service and was often rushed off his feet. Thank you Conrad, to you and your colleagues. We will be back!!

One of the best hotels we were in. Wonderful place for both adults and families. Attentive and super friendly staff. Literally everyone has been so nice. Especially in the restaurant area, our waiter Gali, we were are big group with small children and he would always make sure we got everything and nothing was impossible. I truly appreciate it so much because it’s already so difficult to travel with a baby and toddler. Great service!!!

Excellent service, personal thank you to Maria for her help and advice. The studio suit platinum was fabulous, with an amazing view on the ocean from all sides. All staff very helpful, and friendly. Huge breakfast and dinner buffet with many meat and vegetarian options. Unfortunately, not many vegan options , except many fruit available, but accommodating separate meals, vegan+gluten free, for me on request. There is a live music every day, some of the performance are impressive. Many swimming pools, a big one dedicated to family with kids. Strongly recommend it.

Great beautiful hotel, very well located and visible from big part of the island due to its height and the recognizable signage.

We chose it for a work trip and the requirement was to be good enough for a celebrity who we brought to Tenerife for a new music production. All our expectations were met.

Quick and comfortable check in, friendly staff, varied and tasty breakfast, marvelous suites and the services of Rock Royalty level floors.

I would like to mention the restaurants: meat and Japanese ones are awesome!

I really liked staying at Hard Rock hotel. Service and facilities were excellent. Really like the rooms and great view. Also the beach and natural pool were great. Just swim out because the ground is little rocky. But I need to thank Vinu and the staff especially for taking the time to contact me about lost items which I have already received through a friend. Great experience and I will be definitely come back to stay at Hard Rock hotel.

The hotel is lovely overall but the highlight had to be dinner at the Italian restaurant - the service was amazing! Vittoria went out of his way to ensure we had a perfect time, when it got colder in the evening he even provided us with blankets to keep warm! If you stay at this hotel you MUST try the Italian restaurant! Amazing food drinks and service

I went with my mum for a few days and we had an amazing time at the Hard Rock. Joseu was so helpful, nothing was a problem for him, he and Miguel made us feel very welcome.

The pools were lovely, especially the Eden pool which had a live DJ or a live music act on the roof of the bar every day. The hotel was very clean. We stayed as bed & breakfast guests and we were amazed by the breakfast! It was unlimited buffet style but everything was fresh and there was so much variety it felt like Vegas! The omelette chef was particularly popular.

Also there were live singers every night and we enjoyed those.

If you want to leave the hotel and explore the area then the scenery is beautiful but as far as I could work out there weren't any long walks available, you could walk for an hour before you got back to where you started. There were two Indian restaurants nearby (really nice), a few restaurants and cafes, a supermarket, and a few pubs/bars so the location is pretty good.

Tip: don't get an Uber from the airport. Get a metered taxi instead, it is way cheaper. For the way home there is a metered taxi rank right outside the hotel

My Wife and I booked this as part of a quick winter sun getaway and its been absolutely amazing. Great value all inclusive deal. Winter sale. We upgraded to a suite which was on the 8th floor on Tower 1 with amazing views very spacious fantastic bed shower and Jacuzzi in the room. All inclusive food and menu options absolutely excellent. Recommend getting in early so you can graze so many wonderful options. It felt like being on the worlds largest cruise ship. Loads of restaurants entertainment pools. Friendly Staff. This morning before we checked out there was a fabolous musician playing electric guitar. Could have listened to him all day! Thanks Marta and all the staff for looking after us so well. Would love to come back with the kids.
