Aqua Restaurant

What an experience!! The food here is so delicious, it was one of my favourite restaurant experiences ever. We went for the small tasting menu and all the flavours paired perfectly together - every mouthful was so tasty!! We were very impressed with the presentation of the food. The service was outstanding and quick, each waiter being very attentive and helpfully explaining each dish. I also feel it was very fairly priced for what we received. I would 100% recommend to all and would definitely visit again!

Amazing place. A real treat. We loved it. From the food being absolutely wonderful to the service, which was excellent. A really lovely restaurant. A must go to. My only build is the atmosphere. Needs a little something.

A really good fine dining restaurant, with lovely ambience and great service. We enjoyed all the courses we ordered, especially the King prawn cerviche and the cheese ravioli. The waiting staff were very professional and attentive, making some great wine recommendations to accompany our dishes. A restaurant worth going out of your way to eat at if you can

Went for my birthday meal while on holiday in Los Gigantes. Head and tales above restaurants in the area. The food was delicious, especially the Canarian cheese ravioli for starters. The staff were very friendly and service was excellent, we were recommended a delicious bottle of red wine from Lanzarote too, which was great and reasonably priced. Had a lovely evening and will definitely come back next time we find ourselves in Los Gigantes for some winter sunshine.

Dining at Aqua was a really special experience. Hector, who looked after us, was really attentive and knowledgeable. The menu was beautifully constructed, utilising local produce to it's best. We had the tasting menu, which was well worth the extra cost over the short menu, as while the most 'exciting' sounding dishes were all included in the short menu, the extra dishes in the longer menu really set them off, and my favourite dish was definitely not the one I expected to like most. To top it off, this may be the best sunset view in Los Gigantes. Visit soon, as a Michelin star is surely not far on the horizon, and that will attract more visitors and a higher price. Well deserved, but enjoy it while it's our little secret!

Very good restaurant, the best in Tenerife at the moment. An ideal setting with a breathtaking panoramic view. Charming and very pleasant staff. We opted for the tasting menu and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The dishes are very generous for a tasting menu, and we particularly liked the Iberian pork. We only regret that the cuisine on offer does not have a stronger Spanish influence.

Anyone looking for a tranquil tasting experience in Los Gigantes, Aqua must be at the top of your list.

Plush azure interior and suave vibe of the staff perfectly compliment the 7-course tasting menu, where the flavors are perfectly balanced and the textures are carefully curated to create a harmonious dining experience. Absolutely loved our meal at Aqua! The food is Michelin star quality and the service is just as amazing. The view is stunning, especially if you can catch a sunset. Honestly can't recommend Aqua enough, and for the price of €70, it truly is amazing.

Our second visit to Aqua and first in four years.

It's never busy here, but that's just how they want it, I'd imagine. Servers are very attentive without being intrusive. Pablo was our waiter on the evening we visited.

We opted for the eight course tasting menu. When booking our table we were asked for allergies and dislikes and these were taken into account without diminishing the quality of the meal.

The food is certainly of Michelin star standard, but the detail that takes a restaurant up to that level is missing. So close though.

The petits-fours at the end of the meal were a lovely touch and so well presented.

We had aperitif on the terrace with views of town and sunset. Service and food were very special and prices we would love to have in London. Lovely experience.

Our favorite upscale restaurant in Los Gigantes / Puerto de Santiago. Been there twice, tasting menu with Michelin like quality in a laid back atmosphere.

Relatively low price for good food. We really enjoyed the taste and kind personell. Also a wonderful view to the magnificent mountain.

This place is a hidden gem in Los Gigantes. We had the menu and everything was served to absolute perfection. Further, the service was accommodating and super friendly. I find it remarkable that this place is not yet rewarded a Michelin star. Highly recommended!

The food was delicious and we were well looked after by attentive staff. Well worth the money, something like this in the UK would be so much more pricey. We booked a table for 7pm so had an amazing view of the sunset.
