I walked in to this Nissan outlet, Spare’s and Repair shop with request for parts for an American Nissan instead of the usual this car is not in Finland to l look for parts in USA the gentleman at the counter Rasmus Heinonen was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.
The whole place is neat and tidy and an absolutely pleasant place do do business to cap it off I had dropped some money whilst which was found by staff approximately 20 minutes after I departed they called to inform me

backed into a tree during the summer, small damage and some warnings lights. Service was good, car was repaired they dealt directly with the insurance company and when car was returned they also fixed smaller paint chips that were not part of the tree incident at no cost to me. Car was washed and cleaned as well when returned.

An excellent staff, my representative was Matti Vesala. He was thorough and very effective in helping me identify the best automobile for my family. He worked with me until we made the most reasonable purchase plan. His English was superb and he was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Luottomyyjä tuli heti tervehtimään. Ei tullut kauppoja tällä kertaa mutta edellisellä kerralla tuli tehty heräteostos.

Todella hyvä palvelu ja asiantunteva henkilöstö. Kaikki koeajoihin ja muihin liittyvä sujui todella sulavasti.

Todella hyvää asiakaspalvelua ja autohuoltoa jo toistamiseen. Merkkihuollosta riippumatta hinnat eivät ole olleet muita huoltamoita korkeampia. Erityisplussa asiakkaalle lähetettävästä videosta, jossa vika-analyysi ja vikakohde selostetaan videolle ja lähetetään asiakkaalle.

Hyvää ja nopsaa palvelua peltikorjaamolla. Takakulma autosta korjattiin ja maalattiin. Jälki hyvää ja auto palautui siistimmässä kunnossa kuin jäi sinne 😄. Kiitoksia!
