What an absolutely stunning shop this is! Wanted to see their Christmas display as we visited some years back and it was amazing them.
Wonderful departments and a fantastic hot chocolate in the cafe.
Of course, the view from the terrace is simply awe-inspiring.
It's definitely worth a visit when in Paris!
Photos are of the Christmas display and the views from the terrace

Incredibly beautiful and luxury shopping mall. About 6 floors high with every brand you can think of. Lots of cafes and dessert shops as well. Cool Christmas lights during the holiday season. Very nice gift shop at the top and beautiful terrace overlooking parts of the city.
It can get very crowded, especially during peak hours and weekend.

The place is beautiful and the decorations amazing! You can also go to the terrace where you can get a good view of the city and is free! Nice area and good department store for shopping. They have a big selection of perfumes and high end designer stores. Great experience

It may be the most famous department store in Paris. The Christmas tree that goes well with the top of the ground is spectacular, and you can have a chance to see downtown Paris on the rooftop. The food at the food court is also delicious, and it is a good place to shop and relax as you can enjoy a variety of shopping with chestnut jam bought as a gift.

One of the most beautiful shopping malls in the world. Even if you're not going to buy anything, it's worth visiting and enjoying the beauty of the interior! There is a beautiful terrace on the roof with a beautiful view of Paris and the Garnier Opera House.

Service is top notch. The store is huge with extensive designer inventory from nearly all of the top brands. If they don’t have a particular style or size, they are able to check all designer stores around Europe for inventory. Will definitely be back to shop here. Absolutely stunning Christmas displays too.

The biggest department store chain in Europe with luxury brand shops, glass dome ceiling and rooftops with the view of the Eiffel Tower also the glass bridge is so mesmerising spots inside the interior.
The center Christmas tree every year is different and very attractive for people who visit Paris for work
Or leisure.

Everything you can imagine all under one large store! Be sure to visit the rooftop terrace for an amazing view of the city. Plenty of souvenirs on the 6th floor as well as all the designer brands throughout. Plenty of shoes, jewelry and clothing as well as beauty products. Men’s and women’s items are in 2 separate buildings. It can be quite crowded here and quite warm inside.

Fancy mall with beautiful Christmas decor during the holidays, good to visit even if you don’t plan on buying anything. If you’re looking for the men’s department it’s in the next building. It usually gets pretty crowded and it’s pretty tight, navigating around for the first time is a bit difficult. Lots of fancy, expensive brands on the first few floors. You can’t really stop and appreciate the middle part of the mall which I think is the prettiest, they have it roped off for snack kiosks where you have to pay to be seated, totally understandable on their part because if you don’t restrict access, lots of folks would stop and block the flow of traffic. I really did like the free rooftop access, the views are pretty cool, but they do close it when it gets too crowded. The souvenir shop at the top floor with the bookstore, baggage store, cafe was a good place to get last minute gifts from. Having them process your tax refund in store is very convenient too. Unless you’re here to get luxury brands from France you’re probably not going to get a good deal.

This is no ordinary mall. It is absolutely stunning. It has all of the major luxury brands. It has multiple restaurants where you can get wine, coffee, lunch/dinner. It has a rooftop deck that has the most spectacular view of the city and Eiffel Tower. at Christmas it was beautifully decorated.

What a piece of design, architecture and luxury- all under one roof. This place was on my list during our visit. Was super busy, before Christmas, long lineups, crazy wait times but worth it all. Some stores like Chanel may require one to register and book an appointment, while others would have lineups. Staff at all stores is well versed and speaks English. They had a beautiful skywalk setup next to the gorgeous Christmas tree for pictures; again book your time slot on the app. The stairway is another gorgeous piece of design, rightly named Stairway to Heaven. So is the gorgeous glass dome. We in North America do not see such designs and decors very often. The tax office is also in the mall, where you can validate your purchase for VAT refund. All major luxury designer brands have stores here. Terrace was closed but the floor under had a huge Christmas market. There's also clean washrooms and family rooms, I believe on the same floor. The food court offers multiple options; there's a few eateries, then open food menu, you fill your tray and then pay at the end. We also found a coffee shop, on I believe the third floor where seating time was limited due to the holiday rush. A must visit spot for all your luxury shopping under one roof in Paris!

This place always surprises me. Everytime I visit this place i see something new and better than the previous one. This Mall is not only big, but so chic, filled with really high quality stores. There are so many things to see in this place that i think one day won't be enough.

Of course the restaurants here and cafe look really nice and with that theater like design, makes you feel like in a 1940 movie. Everytime i travel to Paris, i visit this place m

Maybe not the first item on the list Paris' tourist attractions, yet this traditional shopping centre gives you the possibility to marvel at Paris' skyline from its rooftop for free.
For any aviation buff, the rooftop of Lafayette Gallery is well worth the visit to pay tribute to the intrepid aviator who in January 1919 landed a Caudron biplane there.
Others will certainly appreciate the breathtaking art noveau cupola.

I had a wonderful experience at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, primarily drawn by the Christmas display and window pop-ups, which were absolutely worth the visit. The decorations were stunning, and the array of high-end department stores added to the charm. Despite the high volume of crowds, expected during the holiday season, it didn't detract from my overall visit. This is a must-see destination in Paris during the holidays. If you plan on experiencing the glass walkway, I recommend scheduling well in advance, as it was in high demand, and unfortunately, we were unable to secure tickets.

Up market department store, unless you have money for me it was window shopping only. I recommend doing the glass walk but best to reserve it online in advance on their website. They had beautiful Christmas displays this year

The best shopping mall in the world & the main one of Paris. It is a heaven for shoppers. There is no brand in the world which you won’t be able to find here. The most unique designs & collections. If you are in Paris please do visit this place once. There are three buildings. One for men’s, one for women’s & one for food & restaurants.
