Bluebells and Balloons

I don't live in the area but wanted to send flowers to my son's partner who had just had a c-section in the local hospital. The person I spoke to at Bluebells and Balloons was friendly, polite and helpful and the most beautiful flower arrangement arrived at the hospital within a few hours.
