McDonald's

We are visiting from Los Angeles. We usually eat at this McDonald's. Each year, the highlight is Rachel. She is amazing. This is the second year I have observed her and how she flawlessly and naturally interacts with the customers. It's like their her family the way she welcomes them and takes the time to make sure they are okay and their food is good. The way she manages hopefully makes the team feel calm and of course not stressed. I know this McDonald's is a busy one. Rachel is always greeting and cleaning. Rachel even tried to comfort a nervous young man applying for a job. There is another lady with short dark hair and glasses. She was great also. Rachel treats people like people who matter and not just a revenue source. Thank you Rachel. We will be back hopefully next year. God bless you and your team.

We just love Macdonald's in the uk . I use this MacDonald for my daughter dog walk . An hour walk then sit outside use the app and get a coffee they then delivere it outside. There are tables under cover . 2nd time I have done this and its good training for the young dog to get use to distractions.

Been today and had excellent service and food.good parking and very easy access for wheelchair and buggies.toilets very clean.staff very helpful.enjoyed our visit today and will definitely come again in the future.

We called late on a Sunday night but the restaurant was still quite busy with drive throughs and take aways. We chose to dine inside using table service. John W took our order and delivered the food which was fine. He was very sociable and keen to ensure we enjoyed our visit. A very satisfying meal.

First time there, went for breakfast, fast service, food was as it should be.

Ordered fries and hot drinks on one visit and a meal with fizzy drink on the next. Both orders were intact, piping hot and yummy. Spicy veggie wrap is to die for.

The only McDonalds I know where the drive through is actually big enough to drive through I drive a 5m long vehicle and the turning circle is normally tight but here no issues, the staff are always genuinely polite and ask how is your day evening etc, I'd rather pass two or three other McDonalds to come to this one.. no issues from me.

1st time visiting here. Pleasant staff.

Met my daughter during lunch for a quick bite to eat. Food was hot unlike most visits to other McDonald's and the staff were fantastic. My daughter said staff are always helpfull and friendly when she visits from her 6th form. Lovely visit, very clean. We will definitely visit Clay Cross McDonald's again.

The restaurant was very clean and well kept the team were all very friendly and accommodating. Especially the shift manager “Racheal” who made a point to go round and attend to guests and help out any of the older customers who were struggling either the app but also making sure kids like my sim had colouring pads to keep them entertained while they waited overall very pleasant atmosphere

Fast food at its finest. As a taxi driver it comes in very handy for that quick meal while working. Friendly staff and clean inside and out.

Fantastic service received today from the manager Lewis. Nothing too much trouble and he went above and beyond for us. Great food, fantastic service. Lewis is definitely a credit to McDonald's. Thank you so much Lewis.

It's McDonnalds. You like it or you don't. Never had a problem here, and usually use drive thru, but have eaten in. Staff are lovely. Even have some games tablets for the kids, and a little toddler level play area...although my 11 and 12 year old found use of it too 🤣

Just been to eat at this place and ordered a hot chocolate to drink but it didn't taste of chocolate, I told Rachael who immediately went to sort it out and bought me another one (the machine had run out) what a lovely lady she is happy polite was speaking to all the customers and had a lovely disposition what a wonderful member of staff she is !!! Thankyou so much for a most enjoyable visit .
