Hotel Tókert Hotel and Restaurant

A group of us stayed for three nights. The staff was super friendly and attentive to all our needs. Loved the rooms as each was decorated beautifully and in a different style. The restaurant served a wonderful variety of delicious food so we decided to eat all our meals there. This place is well worth a visit for a few relaxing days to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommended.

Amazing traditional Hungarian food served in traditional dishes and generous size with a very kind service ( at least our waitress was extremely kind ). The place is in a perfect spot if you get the table on the edges it’s an amazing view. I can only recommend!
Also allowed to seat with your dog on the balcony.

After riding the Lillafured train we stopped here for lunch. The view of the lake was fantastic. The quality of the food and service was what you would expect from an establishment such as this…excellent! Strongly recommend eating here!

Fast service, fantastic food. We returned the next day to try some more dishes on the menu. It would be great to have a vegan hot dish or two as well but couldn't fault what we tried and the service was second to none. Thank you!

I visited this nice restaurant with my family. The food was out of this world. I ordered duck leg with sweet potato and beets. The meat was so tender and it's skin was so crispy. I also ordered grilled veggies and let me tell you I am a veggie lover to begin with but the eggplantd and zucchinis were delicious and grilled just right. Our waiter Achilles was so kind and great. The service was 5 stars as well. If you visit Lilafüred it is a must visit restaurant, great spot,beautiful view, reasonable prices and big portions. Thank you for the great experience!

Great restaurant. The food is amazing here. Also the view on the hills and the small lake is very nice, especially at sunset.

Cozy accomodation next to the Lake Hámori in Lillafüred. Our room was spacious and so modern like in a boutique hotel. Quiet too. Really like the electric chimney place.
The restaurant where we had late lunch and breakfast was so tasty! The restaurant has very nice views, you see the lake from your table. Food is very fresh and filling!

Today was a cold and wet day unfortunately but after our activities we found this restaurant and had a very tasty fish 🐠 meal. The decor is modern and very clean and the service very good and friendly. The food was very very good and also the desserts were delicious. Fully recommended for a family meal.

Nice place for lunch. We had homemade soup, then fish, potatoes and salad. It was delicious. Also the waiters were fine.

Did not stay but visited the area. The reception lobby is just amazing. Little Chess tables that invite you for a match, a coffee bar to sit down and have a great coffee. If you need a hideaway. . . That is what you looking for.

Lillafured is a magical place, especially when one considers that it's not just a destination for visitors from afar, but for locals as well. It is fresh and unspoiled, on the edge of the Bukk National Forest which is a beautiful example of European deciduous forests. Hotel Tokert itself has two main lodging buildings, an inside restaurant and a wonderful outside dining patio with a view of the neighboring lake. The rooms we occupied were in the newer building, upstairs on the second floor and were clean and comfortable. Wifi was available but we could only connect intermittently. Beds were European style - double but with separate comforters and pillows. Air conditioning was available, but windows were open-able so the fresh forest air could cool the room. A refrigerator with cool drinks (mini-bar style) was also provided. The bathroom was comfortable and clean. The Hotel is on the main and only road through the area, so there was some loud traffic (buses, motorcycles), but this settled down by the evening. Parking is tight but available on site. Another plus is that the hotel is only a short walk from the local train that runs in the summer time from Miskolc up into the mountains, thus providing an additional way to access it. The restaurant food was delicious (had the grilled trout) and the provided breakfast was also excellent. All in all, very much recommended.

Me and my love were absolutely satisfied with the accomodation, service and food! Stayed for two nights, ate lovely diahes and made a 5 mile trip, visiting both nature and fabulous sights! Go on bravely, won't be disappointed!

I can imagine it can get busy during summer, but definitely worth it.

Really nice place to spend a weekend. Rooms are big and clean, breakfast was delicious and despite the most of the stuff know English "just a little bit", the atmosphere was great :)
