La Cecile Komodo Hotel and Cafe

We were here on the Cafe for the sunset and the view was magnificent.

The food are also good especially the Fried Banana with caramel if I'm not mistaken. We finished it in minutes and even order a second one...... It was that good.

It was super wonderful
I had chocolate cheese banana and ice coffee latte. The view was pampering my eyes, super beautiful. It was lucky too while having food there, there is an eagle pass flying that area. Really recommended!

We didn't stay there but only stopped to get a small meal to enjoy the sunset. A beautiful spot to enjoy the sunset and pictures.

I visited the cafe for dinner and arrived at close to 515pm, just in time for a sunset. This wasnt my place of accomodation, just of dining, as such this review is written in that capacity.

Most beautiful, panoramic jaw droppingly gorgeous sunset views in all lf Labuan Bajo, rivalling that of Ayana Resort. I got the most centre seat to view sunset & it was spectacular.

The food was really good too & arrived promptly after the orders were made. We ordered carbonara spag, aglio olio, beef burger & fried banana toast. The fried banana toast was the food highlight. It was real good.

Service was really good. The staff was attentive to detail, polite & friendly.

I would definitely give this place a 2nd visit if i am in Labuan Bajo.

Delicious breakfast each morning was included in our stay. Amazing view from our room (we had a view over the sea)!! Wifi was great in our room. Very helpful, friendly staff. Located on top of a hill, we walked down to the town and back (10-minute walk down), however, you can organise transport from the front counter. The food at the restaurant was really good (a little on the pricey side, but worth it for the views)! They even had some great live entertainment one night we were there.

Confortable with big and spotless rooms, kindly and helpful staff, good attention, swimming pool with the most beautiful and lovely view you'll see. Its only 5 minutes away from the main street by motorbike.

Best hotel in Labuan bajo. Affordable, clean, comfortable and very 😎. Would only stay here next time I come back to LBJ. Rooms are beautiful and quiet. And staff are friendly and efficient.

There's not much I can say about this place because we came here just for some drinks after we arrived and got picked up by our driver from the airport.

But the view is really amazing. Can't imagine what it looks like during the sunset time.

Very strategic location with amazing sea view. The room is okay but need some chair or sofa to sit down. The bathroom was a bit dirty and water won't drain properly on the floor. The bidet was also broken on first try. However, the staff is very responsive and courteous. Breakfast is so-so. Coffee recommended. Good stay overall.

Best location to have afternoon sunset with early dining or coffee. The variety of food is from local and western menu. The price also quite not so expensive comparing with view and ambience. But the food taste was just okay.
They offered several photo spot locations... Viewing Labuan Bajo Sea and Islands surrounding.
They also have hotels in the location.

We stopped by for an afternoon coffee, and were pleasantly surprised by this café and hotel. The staff, like everywhere on Labuan Bajo, is exceedingly pleasant and professional. The menu is extensive, but as mentioned, we only had coffee.
The grounds of the hotel are spectacular. Well kept, green, and inviting, with a large pool with a bar right next two - well, two, if you count the main bar snd restaurant.
The view from this restaurant and café, as well as the hotel, is spectacular. You get a 180 degree of the town and the coastline and this is be one of the prime locations for watching the sunset. That, however, is also a potential downside as many hotels on Labuan Bajo invite non-residents, against a fee, to come and view the sunset. We really don’t like this practice, but it seems very common here.
When we visited for an afternoon café there was a tourist group leaving the restaurant, case in point. You may argue that we were no different but there is a big difference between a couple and thirty people occupying a third of all seats available.

Came for dinner..they have delicious food,many choises, with the beautiful view , expecially for the sunset...

You will definitely get looked after while at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and the balcony view over the sea is amazing as the sun sets. There can be a smell from the drainage in the bathroom but isn't always there, just keep the door closed.

The food is amazing; we didn't eat in town once which is very unlike us. The staff will always do their best to look after you even if they can't fully understand you. Just have a little patience.

The pool is great and was very quiet when we visited. I can't recommend this place enough. We went into the town centre and couldn't wait to get out, there is nothing really here apart from a lot of locals, pollution and full of tour companies. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else.

As mentioned before, the food is top quality. It rivals and surpasses a lot of hotel food across the world.

Lady at front desk, was super helpful. I asked for a lot of help :) Amazing staff.

I dropped my phone at the beach and had issues with my phone. Since phone wouldn't work had no way to book transportation, even to get it fixed. She helped me book it twice (Yes it was fixed and stopped working again)

She helped me three times and with a smile. And on top, she co-ordinated airport drop for my group
I was still getting things fixed and had asked others to to be dropped off first.

Over and above expectations.
