Dragon Dive Komodo : Dive Resort

Me and my friends arrived at the dive shop with no warning and were welcomed so beautifully! Even though it was very last minute and we were on a tight schedule, they fit us in for a full day of diving! It was a beautiful day diving at 3 different dive spots lots of marine life and the whole staff and team were kind, funny & so helpful. On top of that, Kit is a fellow Marine Biologist, so we spoke about the research work that he is carrying out in the Komodo Islands and it is so great to meet someone being so passionate about it the ocean too. Can’t recommend this dive resort enough. Doing things responsibly, having fun & teaching people how to love the ocean. Thank you so much for the beautiful day everyone!

What an amazing place - everything was perfect; the rooms, the boat trip, the food in their restaurant, and the overall vibe. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind, so I guarantee you will be in good hands.

Overall, 10/10 experience. If you're thinking of diving in the area, you should definitely stay here, it seems to be the best and most organized place in town for diving.

Amazing dive school with a wonderful crew. We had some of our most memorable dives with them.
Also quite inclusive towards disabled divers, had to take on my equipment in the water due to a broken clavicle and they managed it perfectly without any issues.

Me and my girlfriend did our open water course here and we wouldn't change it for the world. We stayed at the hotel attached to the dive resort and the staff were helpful, smiley and always chatty. Regarding the course, the staff were friendly and patient with a wealth of experience. They made learning good fun and enjoyable and we saw some magic under the waters around Labuan Baja, all while getting qualified. We had issues unrelated to our course that meant that we had to stop and start it and Kit the manager there did everything he could to reorganise the schedule so that we could dive when we wanted and stay with the same instructors. Our instructors were Benjamin and Ry and they were wicked and great fun. If you're looking to start your diving career, do it here!

The resort has an extremely great atmosphere. The rooms are clean and nice, it has great AC. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very delicious! And the dive instructors are very professional and helpful with everything! Highly recommended place to stay, because the location is perfect, it’s close to the main spots in the city.

Amazing place to stay! Perfect nice and friendly staff. The place looks very beautiful, just like in the photos. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They even arranged a trip to the komodo for us. We can only recommend this accommodation. 10/10!!

I usually don't write reviews but this time I had to. It was AMAZING. The restaurant is nice, ALL of the staff is super friendly, and they have a warm pool! The hotel is also in a great location. But more than that, I couldn't have asked for a better diving experience.

I came here to do my open water and my boyfriend the advanced. In the end, I continued on to advance for one day more (4 days in total) and we did it together. They brought us to different diving sites every day, in the top 10 in the world and we made good friends along the way.

Martin was our instructor. He is INCREDIBLY experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and has a great sense of humor. We laughed a lot with him and the crew!! Martin is a WONDERFUL teacher and was always very attentive. We are so glad to have learned with him.

If you're a beginner or just want to dive to beautiful sites, I give this place 10/5. I never imagined I would be diving, let alone advanced. I really hope to come back some day. I know not everyone will feel this way, but this has honestly been one of the best experiences of my life and I will always hold it close to my heart! Thank you SO MUCH!!

Best Dive Hotel I ever stayed at.
The staff is so friendly and nice, the rooms are simple but have everything you need and the location is perfect. Plus they have a free gym, a beautiful pool and the dive instructors are just the best. They take good care of everybody and are very respectful towards the sealife. For diving, this is one of the best spots I have ever been. I will definitely come back!
We forgot our charger and they even sent it to our location in Bali. Thanks for everything, we had a great stay!

Amazing dive experience! I did Discover Scuba Dive with Martin and he is hands down the best instructor I ever had for any activity. He was full of energy and made sure I felt at ease before the dive. He was very patient throughout the dive and explained every little thing. It was very clear that safety was his number one priority and that gave me the confidence to do not 1, not 2 but 3 dives on the same day as my first dive experience ever! It was incredible, magical and one of the best core memories of my life! We saw lots of Manta rays, 2 marble rays, black tip reef shark, turtles and tons of fishes around beautiful corals. Our dive sites were Marvan, Manta point and Tatava Besar. The boat crew was great too and they helped me take some of the photos and videos.

Thank you Dragon Dive Komodo and special thanks to Martin who is an awesome person! I wish to come back some day and experience more dives!

I went for 2 days of diving with this company. Nice boat, very spacious & functional. I really enjoyed our local divemaster Mogy. He took the time to make videos with his own gopro & he shared them with us after. The mantas were amazing. I felt secure to dive with this company knowing there can be a lot of current in some of their dive spots. I highly recommand it.

We booked a 2 night and one 3 tank dive day with Dragon Dive Komodo. We stayed at this dive resort and booked our dive here to avoid all the stress of separately choosing a dive company AND choosing good accommodations. Friendly staff, great location, nice pool. Some of the best diving weʻve ever done! Diving at Batu Bolong was absolutely spectacular. Gear was in great condition and our dive instructor was professional and helpful.

Biggest thank you to Dragon Dive Komodo for opening my eyes to a whole new magical world of diving! I did my open water and advanced open water here and cannot speak more highly of my experience! The dive instructors found time to start my open water course at very little notice and the staff at the hotel kindly assisted in extending my stay when I decided to continue with my advanced course! Really enjoyed my stay, everyone was so friendly and welcoming and the place overall has a very good vibe - a special thanks to Louis and Martin for helping me complete my courses ☺ can't wait to come back!

I stayed for a week and I totally felt at home. Friendly team and amazing diving with very experienced guides, who know the diving sites very well and will make the best of every dive. The atmosphere at the diving center is great, I totally recommend it!

My discovery diving was great thank to my instructor Ana who took care of me and let me enjoy my time down there!

Beside the fact I haven't seen mantas or interesting species (it's nature, you can't control it or do anything about it... You need to be lucky!),
I LOVED DIVING WITH THIS CRAZY CREW!

I went to Dragon Dive Komodo to pass my open water, I couldn’t dream better place to do it !
Komodo is a paradise to dive, and do your first steps in this magical world.
I wanna thanks the whole team of Dragon dive Komodo, they were the best team, giving amazing food for breakfast and snacks/ lunch on the boat.
The boat was really nice, with a cool resting area on top where you can take a nap while waiting the next dive.
If you wanna discover the underwater world, and search an amazing place to do it, go for this one ☺

We absolutely loved this place!
We initially planned to dive just one day and end up changing our tickets and staying an entire week diving 6 days! The dives are simply beautiful and fun. The team is great, they focus on making you feel comfortable and safe.

The hotel is also fantastic super comfortable beds and quiet at night. We look forward to come back soon!
