Pemandian Air Panas Ciparay

The initial plan is to visit Lembah Tepus to play in the river. Alas, it was too crowded. Then we change our plan to Ciparay river which is 15 mins away, and found out it is worthed. The sulphuric effect makes the river stones yellowish, and it creates more dramatic photos. Place is far quitter than lembah tepus but the challenge is hundred stairways to go in and out the river. Make sure you get enough energy and take your rhythm. No need to race.

The view is really nice and love the nature, but if you are expecting to have a hot spring bath, you might be disappointed. However, it still have few spot that you could wear swimming wear or dip ur feet in the spring next to the pool. (Need to pay entrance fees) The changing room is not open anymore, so a bit inconvenient for ladies.

Otherwise, the river was cool and nice for chilling a bit before another hike. There are few bamboo bridges and random waterfalls around for ur adventure spirt.

Good enough. The scenery is also good. You can bring tent if you want to sleep there. But to go to the public hot bath, youn need to take stair quite long about one km.

Situated at hiden place make it so natural and never visited by any people...... Suitable for meditation your mind and soul.......... Because there's only waterfall and hot water spring contains sulphur good for your skin

The good place to relaxed your body. This place was a hidden gem. You can feel the warm of the hot spring with sulfur (belerang) wich is good for your skin and blood pressure.

So natural. Along the way we walk to this site, we will see a beautiful scenery from Salak mountain.

For those who need privacy, there are several bathtubs. By 7 thousands rupiah, you can enjoy the bathtub with natural warm water.

Ticket fee to pemandian air panas = Rp5.000
Ticket fee to pemandian air panas (personal bathtub)= Rp35.000/jam

So far so good to avoid hustle and bustle of the city for those who stay in the big city it would be nice to visit this place and before you visit this place it would be better you visit first the waterfalls, have a good time !

nice place, cheap, and close from jakarta, must be aware traffic on weekend if you visit this place

Hot spring, the path through the river is build by stone so please be carefull.
