Nice hotel in downtown pekanbaru and not far from the airport. The free airport shuttle service is also very helpful so no more struggling to find transportation to the hotel.

If you're looking for hotel that have kid facilities and near from strategic place, you can choose this hotel.
They have pool and mini waterpark in this hotel, so when you're doing business things in Pekanbaru, you can go with your kid also.

The staff is very friendly and warm, you can ask help anything and they will serve you 24 hours.

No worries about the room, they have big room, clean and very comfortable.

Have a really good time for 2 night in this hotel. You can feel the warm feeling when enter the lobby and good staff serving us well.
Clean room with a good like new furniture and well function stuff. A great park view when you look at window room.

There's gym and pool you can use and still in good condition. The food was delicious and vary.

I am pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome fruit platter served by your friendly staff few minutes upon checking in my room. That was very thoughtful & kind!

The praying mat placed in the cupboard was a plesant surprise too as I did not bring with me.

The staff working at the entrance door, serving desk, washroom were indeed polite & welcoming. Mr Bagas (frontline manager) was pleasant.

the atmosphere of the room and hotel atmosphere is quite interesting, the service is very friendly from check in to check out and close to places to eat

The room still nice and comfortable, the service still excellent. And the food still delicious.

Although, the rate are a little bit higher than other hotels. But rest assured, you'll get what you paid for

This hotel is located next to Taman Kaca Mayang, which is in the centre of Jalan Sudirman in front of Walikota office.

From the airport we have to make a little detour and pass through the park.
