Very good hotel with reasonable room rate, recommended for traveller who want to stay close to the airport in Pekanbaru and avoid traffic jam. Comfortable room, which perhaps I was so tired at that day I stayed.
I can't comments on breakfast, because I only took coffee before depart, and coffee taste provided in breakfast should be improved, because very different taste if we order coffee at its coffee shop, Vietnam drip is very delicious even too sweet.
no buffet provided in diner, perhaps many guests will go outside for diner, and I'm the only one at restaurant

Old hotel, need some upgrade on AC, nice service, food at the breakfast service is good, and the best part is the gym. Its a complete full size gym, loved it 👍

A good hotel in a strategic location. Near from airport. Clean room and comfort bed. Large ballroom, recommended for conferences and seminar. A gift shop available inside hotel or just walk 50 meters beside the hotel for more complete gift shop. The durian cafe are available across the street.

I was here for my brother's wedding. And I can say i'm happy with my stay here. The front office staff are so nice and so fast respond. Like, because it's a group booking, sometimes my hotel card room was in others hand, and i have no time to search for a person who held my card room. I just need to ask for a new card at the front desk and they will give me a new access card. Just tell the name under who's name you are booking the hotel room.The amenities also complete.

Strategically located nearby government complex. Served lot variety of local dishes for breakfast. Clean and comfortable hotel. Recommended for traveler with family or business.

I arrived at this hotel at 12 midnight and the receptionist gave me a quick access to the room. It was so great after 8 hours land trip from Indragiri Hilir that I could have a nice rest in a clean room.

A 4 stars hotel, classic and fancy place. Suitable for family. Good for begin your first date at the restaurant. So romantic place

the way to the lobby was so confusing if you walk from the parking lot. its make me lost 'cause there is no staff to lead you to the lobby.
