Undoubtedly, I’ve never seen such a beautiful house before. Every piece of this house is full of artwork, and your eyes are shocked at that moment. You get good vibes from there. So, I suggest visiting this place not once but several times.

One of the unique experiences in my life in a historical and beautiful architectural mansion is operating as a hotel. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this beautiful mansion this summer and had a fantastic experience. I can't recommend this lovely place enough.
It was super clean. The hosting team was amazing. And it's ideally located. The interior design of the House and the attention of the original owner to every little detail are unique.

I also want to add that the hotel offered to arrange a private tour of Kashan with their exceptional tour leaders. Our Tour Guide Amirhossein Anari is a young, professional, and knowledgeable local. He made the tour interactive, exciting and entertaining. He is exceptionally polite, and if you have a chance to do your tour with him, you are in for a treat.

It is one of the best historical hotels in Iran and has been very professionally renovated. Excellent service and trained staff. In corona conditions, hygiene is fully observed. It has beautiful architecture and is admirable. The green space was well designed. I highly recommend this hotel.

Definitely one of the best boutique hotels in Iran, Saraye Ameriha is located in the heart of the historical city of Kashan in a beautiful house erected some 200 years ago.

Service is professional and attentionate. Everyone I interacted with spoke English.

My room was spacious and well air conditioned. The bed was very comfortable and the Italian shower had good pressure. The only drawbacks were lighting -insufficient to work on the desk- and weak WiFi signal, which forced me to move the desk closer to the window in order to have a decent signal.

Breakfast was outstanding with a variety of high quality fresh produce.

The restaurant was so good that I had dinner there on each of the four nights on my stay -which I never usually do anywhere!

Congratulations to the management and the staff. This hotel is close to perfection.

I went to this hotel with three children under 6 and loved the experience! It was very family friendly. The court yards, the water features, the fishes the ceramic classes and the vast hotel was a great place for them to be entertained whilst absorbing the traditional history. Meanwhile we relaxed, had a great massage and enjoyed the beautiful food. The service was great also! Couldn't have stayed anywhere nicer. One of the most amazing experiences I have ever had in my life! If anyone is looking for a place to stay in Kashan do not hesitate to stay there!

The most beautiful hotel I've ever seen. The hotel is a historical building itself. You can ask for a tour guide to show you the building.
The food is amazing and cheap as well. The environment is quiet and calm so you can get a good sleep (unlike other historical hotels in Iran)
Staff are polite and will answer any question you may have.

combination of several old historical houses attributed to famous families in 19th centuries and now it is accommodation for people who wants to sleep one night in Kashan. very calm place and astonishing and magnificent view. the restaurant was good especially in their traditional and local foods and the staff are friendly.

5 star boutique hotel is a renovated old house, located well in the old part of Kashan city, walking distance from historic houses; I enjoyed staying in a suite with balcony (nice view of the Ibrahim Khalil khan yard). The room itself was good, amenities were as expected from a 5 star hotel. The personnel were friendly. Breakfast was good but not 5 star (could have a wider variety of choices). There is no private parking but it is safe to park the vehicle on the street. The food the restaurant was OK, probably the best in the city but it has a lot to improve (that's an issue with IRAN restaurants in general, almost always homemade food is way much better that restaurant)

It might be the most expensive hotel in Kashan but worth every penny. Make sure you take the private tour of this beautiful hotel. The breakfast is splendid and the restaurant is very good with couple of local dishes. Friendly staff and go out of their way to please.Thx guys.

One of the best hotel I have ever been. It is an historic home turned into a boutique hotel. They have paid attention to every detail of the hotel, from everyone working in the hotel, to the food, to the design and furniture used or the tour guides, everything was perfect. Bravo to the management. We will definitely be back when visiting Kashan.

The hotel itself is a first-class museum.
You can cycle around the hotel for hours.
The location of the hotel is in the center of the historical district of Kashan.
Room amenities are good.
weak points:
Many steps are not good for elderly people.

Fantastic unique beautiful traditional palace house. Gentle service, good local food, coffee tasting real coffee.
Wide room & bathroom. So calm & deliciously peaceful inner courts with water mirrors after the buzzy streets of Tehran or Isfahan.
