Lóndrangar Parking

Very beautiful place. Not that the rock was so spectacular but the entire landscape is amazing. During summer, the cliff is filled with birds. There is a well paved track to the viewing platforms. There are also picnic tables by the parking lot. Free parking.

Beautiful cliffside views of the tide crashing into the shore. Was here on a very rainy day and still enjoyed it.

Superb location for great photos!

A perfectly adequate flat area for cars to remain stationary while people look at the the rock formations. It was a bit icy and I nearly fell but I didn’t so that was good otherwise would have lost a star for safety concerns x

Cliffs look like a Vikings vessel. They are beautiful. Yet for me and my friends what was thrilling was a birds' rookery! Really, thousands of birds, rocketing waves of the ocean, different noises.

Got here early, no crowds. Saw an article fox!

Come in the morning for the best lighting and views. In the afternoon the sun is right behind the cliffs, which makes it hard to photograph.

You can walk wherever you want, the panorama is still perfect. Lava rocks, wind, waves, volcano, the Iceland combo !

Jagged cliffs and crashing waves make for some dramatic photography. Extremely windy when we visited.
